Great location in Shinjuku, 5 minute walk to Shin-Okubu station. You're so central, there's plenty to see and do. The bathroom is nice and large, and all amenities provided were great. The room size is typical of Tokyo, but it was great being able to store my snowboard bag under the bed. I had a lovely view of the city through my window.

Tokyo hotels are usually super small but I found this room to strike a good balance on size. I could actually open my luggage and walk around the room, something that I feel was impossible in other hotels I stayed. The bathroom also has a really good size. I didn’t feel claustrophobic at all! There’s a TV and projector on the room which was super cool to play games in a big screen during rainy days. The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming too.

Super minor nitpick on cleanliness: Shower wasn’t bad but could be better. There was some mold and one the walls was darker with some accumulated body oil. There was also some dust accumulated in one of the room vents that could use some cleaning. In terms of noise, the room was actually very silent, but when the room above started draining the tub the noise was noticeable, but not really a big deal.

The room was very nice, a little small for two beds but not too bad. Window had some decent curtains so it wouldn't let too much light in in the mornings. The bathroom was amazing. A decently large wet room for the shower and bath. Felt very luxurious. Had all the other standard hotel room amenaties one would expect. One of my favourite rooms I've stayed in Japan. I have to highlight this though. The Wi-Fi was absolutely insane. Averaged 300-400 mbps, but I saw it get up to 500. I've litterally never seen Wi-Fi this fast. My cabled internet at home is 100 mbps... The location is okay. Obviously a very busy area around Shinjuku. It's about a 15 minute walk to Shinjuku station and 10 minutes to Shin-Okubo, also on the JR Yamanote Line. It's actually fairly close to Golden Gai if you're interested in that,

The location wasn't ideal for me. I would have prefered somewhere a bit closer to the station as I was hauling a heavy pack in the rain.

We have stayed in Kabukicho before and found it a safe area, despite what some people might think. Yes it's in a nightlife district, and yes there is a love hotel nearby, but neither of these are a problem. The rooms were lovely and quiet at night-time and the only thing I could ever hear was the occasional siren. The hotel is in an ideal location, convenience stores and a Don Quijote within about 5 minutes walk, and about ten minutes from a subway station. The staff were friendly and the rooms are a good size; we booked the Kabuki rooms, one each for me and my son, and we chose these because we checked the room sizes of various hotels and these offered the most square feet of the ones in our budget. Room sizes in Tokyo are known for being small, so we are glad we did this, and I'm also glad that the website shows all room sizes as it makes it easier to choose. We didn't get breakfast; there are enough places nearby to get something to eat, or just buy breakfast from the convenience store. I liked the good size bathroom, with a separate shower and a lovely deep bath. It's a wet room so it was great after a day of walking to fill the tub up and not worry if it overflowed a bit when I got in, lovely.

Nothing, we would stay here again

Great location right near the heart of Shinjuku. The price is very reasonable given the location. It was very clean and provided any essentials. There's a 7/11 right across the street.

It can get a bit noisy in the morning hours since you are in Shinjuku. There are two train stops that are both 10-15 minutes away, so it can be a walk if you have luggage. Rooms are a bit small for 2, but seem standard for Japan.

Took a taxi from the airport rest of the trip used the subway which was close to the hotel. There is a 7-11 and stores near the hotel. You are not super super close to restaurants/ bars which we liked bec it was quiet near the hotel. Walk 10ish min down the road and you’re in the heart of the party. Closest good coffee shop is Tully’s about 5 min walk. Staff is SO nice and helpful!

Cleanliness and location close to where I was doing errands. Staff were wonderful.

It's a business hotel in Tokyo so there was no on-site laundry, being close to Kabukicho most of the hotels surrounding it are "short stay" businesses. Suggested for adults, you don't want to explain some of this stuff to children.

The hotel room was very spacious, with various amenities for good self hygiene. Great customer service with limited English, however check in and out were easy and hassle free.

The pillows were excessively hard, however still able to be slept on, everything else was very comfortable.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and the hotel is great! As normal in Japan, our room was very small for two people, but the room quality and style was still excellent.

Room sizes are seriously small for multiple people but that's to be expected in Japan as it seems to be the norm.
