I appreciated how convenient this hotel was located to the Tokyo Dome, where I was seeing a K-Pop concert. The hotel is also centrally located between two metro stops (a 5-min walk to one and about a 10-min walk to the other). Plenty of dining options and konbini stores were within walking distance as well. They also provide free soft-serve ice cream every night in the lobby, which was an unexpected bonus! The hotel is modest yet clean, with a modern design, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly!

If I were to nitpick, because I liked everything about the b, it would be the room size--but small accommodations are common and to be expected in Tokyo.

Lots of restaurants around and just a few minutes away from both jr and metro stations. We didn't use it but they also have a coupon for food delivery service and it can be delivered to your room apparently. There was free ice cream from 7pm until 11pm (though they ran out of it on the second day we stayed). The onsen also had a sauna which was really nice. Staff was nice in general.

The water of the onsen was pretty lukewarm (barely 37-38°C), not hot enough to warm you up. I actually chose this hotel mainly because it has an onsen so it was a bit of a let down. I enjoy hotter onsen and ended up using mostly the sauna to warm up. The women's onsen bath was pretty crowded at night (10-11pm) and there was barely enough space/ showers for everyone, it was almost empty in the morning though. I also heard from my partner that the men's bath had two different onsen baths whereas women only had one. It would be nice if they could alternate the men's and women's baths morning/evening like they do in some ryokan so that everyone can enjoy all the baths.

I like how clean the rooms were and how proper the room service cleaned each room. I also like how friendly and polite the reception workers are. The free tea, coffee and ice cream was a very nice addition to our stay in the hotel.

The room and bathroom were a bit on the small side, still big enough to just sleep in, but for a tall european man like me, I occasionly bumped into the sink while stepping out of the bathtub or shower

We liked everything. The baths were a real treat. The staff were lovely. The location is convenient.

Under the bed in room 801 was super dusty and had rubbish. It made me sneeze when I was in the floor doing my stretching.

Convenient, clean, quiet, friendly and helpful service

pillows too flat too soft, would be good to have more firm pillows, give a selection and for people who prefer certain firmness, the type of pillow affects the quality of our sleep. we had thought breakfast was included for at least one or two days. staff did not mention or ask if we would like breakfast.

Location was very convenient almost next to the Tokyo Dome. But the hill though short, was quite a climb. Our taxi dropped us off on the main street and just pointed in the general direction. Fortunately, a kind neighbor guided us there. The free ice cream was a bonus. Also, there was a group of about 25 American high schoolers, but we never heard them once we were in our room.

The directions could have been better.

I like the location to the Tokyo Dome. As well as breakfast in the mornings!

I did not like that it was central air, our room was very hot and had to leave windows open to cool off. The rooms were also wore down with scratches in the walls and the carpet made your feet dirty.

The hotel is in a really good location and the onsen is lovely.

We had one Sofabed in the room and that was very uncomfortable. You could feel the coil of each spring when lying in it. I suggest you get a room, that doesnt have such a bed and everything will be perfect.

The excellent hospitality from staff. Was impressed with the English of the male staff who received our bags and apologised that our arrival at 1.30 pm was too early for check-in due at 3 pm. We also appreciate the extra care taken by Ms Ma Ling ( 馬 San) who helped ring a Restaurent to make booking for us.)

nothing negative

- the onsen/communal bath was very lovely - they had vending machines on the property with good sweet options - they had an ice cream maker up in the lobby which was cool

- the location is a bit out of the way from downtown and the train station, so not great walking distance - the breakfast was minimalist and poor quality - my room was tiny and literally looked out into an emergency stairwell
