The location is very convenient. Having the Don Quijote beside the hotel and Saizeriya in the same building is just 🤌🏽

The bathtub. Everything was perfect until I took a bath. I wanted to relax a little after 2-hours of standing/concert, but got disappointed when I saw the chain part (the part where it's connected) of the bathtub, as well as the tub's side near the wall. It was very dirty and it was too late when I noticed. Please pay attention to cleaning this area.

Excellent location, close to 3 train station and only a 15 minutes from the centre of Tokyo. An entertainment centre is just across the road and includes a ferris wheel, roller coaster,, supermarkets, fish market, specially stores, theatres etc. The magnificent Koishikawa Korakuen garden is only a 15 minute walk away.

The airconditioning was a little too hot for us even on the lowest setting, we ended sleeping on top of the doona. The beds are very hard but we have come to realise that is the norm in Japan other wise we were extremely happy with our stay.

The traffic location is very good, and the surrounding environment facilities are very rich, which is suitable for foraging and buying. The size of the room is also very comfortable. New bath towels and towels are provided every day, and there are also complete supplies available at the counter.

The room is generally clean and comfortable, but the wallpaper damage on the wall of the room has not been repaired, which does not look very comfortable. Some details of the room and toilet have not been cleaned. Although it does not affect the use, it is an obstacle to viewing.

We loved this property and location so much we cancelled another hotel we had at the end of our holiday and came back to the Richmond. Great location, close to several subways so easy to get anywhere, loved the Don Quixote underneath the hotel for everything you would ever need. Loved heading over to the Tokyo Dome at the end of the day for many food options and a lovely outdoor area, with some fun rides to go on. Great location for families (we booked two double rooms) as also super quiet and comfortable to put your feet up after a busy day walking.

the location in front of the tokyo dome and next to don qui jote and near to station. For kids the hotel gave us like cute slippers and for adults the gave us face mask hahaha.. love it. the hotel is so clean and there's laundry room so that you dont need to worry inside the room there's tools like iron for your clothes and the bed is spacious if you have your room with your kids so you can sleep well.. and the staffs are very helpful with our luggages to send to osaka hotel. If i come back to Tokyo again i'll definetly stay at this hotel again because i didnt have eough time to visit tokyo dome that time.. thank you Richmond Hotel for making our holiday at Japan nice memorable experience for our first trip to japan ^^ we love japan

The hotel was great! The central location with several metro and JR stations made it easy to move around the city. The staff is very helpful and polite. We stayed for 5 days then moved to another city and when we came back to Tokyo again we stayed at this same hotel and they remembered all our requests from the first time and prepared the room for us accordingly in advance! I was also super happy with the firm bed. I forgot about my back pains for first time in a while due to the perfect bed! We also had a great city view from the window which is really rare for Japan. Other then that the room was clean and spacious, a lot of good and affordable food places nearby and a big 24h kombini right next to the hotel.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now and will undoubtedly stay again. Great location, lovely spacious rooms, quiet corridors, and lovely staff. Lovely idea to take the amenities that you need from the check-in desk. Spacious lobby area and never feels crowded. Ideally located near metro and JR stations for amazing access directly into Tokyo Station. Lovely modern shopping mall located within walking distance, and close to numerous convenience stores. Don Quixote shop next door is a fantastic shop for souvenirs.

The hotel itself it’s very clean and cozy. It has a great location close to Tokyo Dome , train stations and even in a walking distance from Akihabara.

STAY AWAY from the restaurant where they serve breakfast!!! It is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! You only get 3 options and the food it is definitely not fresh prepared…. The restaurant itself looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages…. 🤢

The check-in staff were very friendly and welcoming, and went to great lengths to describe the room cleaning process to me. I loved being able to choose my room amenities in the hotel lobby, and there was a lot of local information for the area in pamphlets available. The rooms were quiet and had a beautiful view (10th floor room) over Tokyo Dome. The room was much bigger than I expected, and the bed was very comfortable.

There were some stains on the duvet, but this wasn’t a problem.

1. It was central to everything with a lot of things to do for the kids with rides and parks. 2. Good food was easy to find and greater deals too with the Donki store beside us. 3. Train stations were all a few minutes walking distance. 4. Access to airport limousine bus at the Tokyo Dome Hotel!

1. Fridge wasn't cold at all. 2. There's no microwave in the room. You need to go to the room where they keep the ice and vending machines.
