The location of the hotel was wonderful after I figured out how to get there from the train station, Otorii. It was great to have a laundry room available but it was very expensive. The shuttle bus to the Haneda airport was excellent and very convenient. The modern conveniences of magnetic room placards and projection entertainment was great. However, there were no shows available to watch.

I was not expecting the reception area to be managed by robotic figurines. The dinosaurs really threw me off and there was no explanations as to why they were there. The room while comfortable was extremely small. It was much smaller than I anticipated. There was no room to put away my luggage or any personal affects. It's a one or two night stay but not for a long duration.

7-10mins walk from the train station (super nice karage shop right outside the train station!!), have convenient stores / eateries nearby. There's free morning shuttle to Haneda airport - make sure to check the schedule and be at the lobby early. You'll have to pay 500 yen to use the washing machine - reasonable, given the amount paid for the room. Basic amenity kits are next to the ground floor lift. Pick it up before you head to the room.

2 big luggages will fill the room walkway. We stayed for a night so not an issue. We still had to wait for staff to manually assist when we encountered issues at the self check-in.

The fastest, easiest check in and check out I've ever experienced. All automated which is perfect for the introvert I am. Room was small but had everything I needed. I don't recommend it for a romantic stay or for big families. The facilities and the rooms were clean and quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like was an issue I had with the restaurant in the lobby. The owners couldn't figure out how to charge me for breakfast so we couldn't eat there. We can't have been the first international guests they've had so it didn't make sense to me. It didn't take away from the hotel at all, just noting it for others.

The reception desk is very impressive with the two dinosaurs and the humanoid robot! The check-in process in itself is actually quite easy, but even if you get stuck at one point (as we did), staff will come immediately to assist you. The breakfast was great with many dishes to accomodate different tastes. There was also a table set up next to the elevators on which all kinds of amenities were provided - perfect to avoid unnecessary waste... I think that the location is great if you have a flight from Haneda (the hotel provides a shuttle bus), but if you want to go to Tokyo, it's maybe a bit far.

The price for the washing mashine was okay, but the dryer was extremely expensive, especially when compared to other hotels.

Reception area is different from normal hotel. Nobody is at the reception except 2 dinosaurs! However they did try to make it as convenient as possible for the guests during check in n out. It is also very near the airport.

Not used to the empty reception concept . It’s also difficult to ask for help. We read from our research that free transportation were provided. So we went to the designated area to wait. However the bus did not come at all. we went to the police post nearby and after checking they told us that the pick up schedule had changed and there is no pick up during the day. We wasted an hour waiting for the free transportation at the airport. Wish there were updates of the transportation schedule from the Internet.

Just an overnight stay for an early flight out of Haneda airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is good, walking distance from the train station, and has dining options nearby. We picked this hotel for the good price and free airport shuttle. Many guests must think the same, cos the line for the shuttle was long, 20 min before scheduled departure. The staff was helpful with the shuttle service.

Nothing really, just 1 thing: the human-less check-in experience was interesting but can be a little confusing for 1st-timers. Good thing there was 1 staff giving assistance.

We chose this hotel because it was a great price and has a shuttle to Haneda airport. It was perfect for getting on a early flight. Just make sure you get down stairs for the shuttle early because the seats fill up quickly. The silly front desk area was fun. Also, the room had a projector which was interesting.

Check-in could've been more clear. There was a machine where you have to scan your passport and staff had to come help everyone use it. It was fast overall though. The hotel is quite far from most things in Tokyo, so I wouldn't stay here if you are trying to go into the city. It's best for going to the airport!

The hotel staff (both human and robot) were very nice. Check-in was a bit difficult, but that was due to a booking issue with the system not anything bad on the end of the hotel. The rooms were cozy, clean, and very well designed. Loved the light switches being in the bedframe, as well as usb ports and outlets in the bedframe! So convenient. The vending machines had very good options and were all convenient. The bus to the hotel was convenient as well.

The minor booking issue, which was not a problem on behalf of the hotel but through the app for booking.com, was the only issue I had. Possibly more hours for the bus from the hotel, as I had a slightly later flight and there wasn't a bus during that time. I took the subway, which was very convenient in location, so it was all fine!

Great value and practical place to stay near Haneda. The dinosaur robots are a laugh, and a helpful human came out immediately when they weren't able to check us in! The room was pretty small and basic, a little tired but fine for the price – a good bed and shower was all we needed and it delivers. We opted not to use the shuttle as all the caveats around availability of space and seemingly only 1 per hour made us nervous - but the train station is a 5 min walk and has very regular trains that take 5 mins to T3 for a tiny fee, which was totally fine for us.

Our room felt a little tired - changing out the stained carpet would be wise. Also the single meagre pillow provided for each of us was a bit mean for those who need more support when they sleep, a small thing that could make a big difference!

One of the best 'budget' hotels we've stayed at (and compared to our next night hotel back in Edinburgh this was an absolute steal!). From the brilliantly quirky reception staff to the luxurious feel of the 3 bed with projector that could link up to our Netflix, perfect night's sleep before our long journey home. Spacious for 2 adults and a rather tall 9 year old, with a lovely bathroom and a shower suitable for my husband at 6"4. We're only sad it was just for one night. We didn't use the hotel buffet nor the shuttle service as we knew the train station was only a short walk away which we had already done to get to the hotel, but there was an orderly line in the morning when we left. Vending and Gachapon machines are a good touch too.

The pillows but it is something we discovered in our time in Japan and sort of got used to them
