Common shower and toilet is separate, outside rooms. narrow staircase. has 2 floors, with room on 1st floor. Clean and comfy beds with towel and toiletries provided. free coffee as well.

walls between rooms are thin - can hear other guests snoring in room beside mine. Males room is located right beside females room.

This hostel is perfect for people who want to explore Yokohama and Haneda area. It is very peaceful and quiet. This is not a party hostel though so it is for people who want to relax and chill. This hostel is a stop away from Haneda Airport. In total, it would take only less than 10 mins to get there. This is perfect for people who has to get the morning flight from Haneda. The host has the really great service mind. She helped me with my bag. She also helped me picking my bed. I can see that the house is recently renovated in the minimalistic way. I love the kitchen. The bed is wide enough for me to turn and move around unlike other hostels.

The bathroom can be a bit too small but it’s not that big deal for me though. I also don’t like the noise from walking upstairs. I have to walk in “Ninja style”, which I still need to practice more. 😆 Regardless, all of these are minor issues.

This is a great one night hostel. This is the second time I've stayed here in over 8 years (2015?). For early morning departures or evening arrivals, you can't beat it. I love the little things like usb charging cables, personal lights, padlocks, a very detailed explanation of all the facilities. I was lucky enough to be given delicious fruit after checking in. The kitchen is much better (facilities) than I remember.

Watch your head on the low beams. Also check in can be very late, compared to other accommodation. It is unlikely you will make many friends here as the best use case is coming from or going to the airport. Not a lot to do in the area other than a few food options.

It was the most beautiful experience I have had in recent years in my multiple travels around the world map. Everything is superlative. The host is particularly hospitable and always with a smile on her face. The atmosphere in the hotel is particularly warm, with guests having the opportunity to socialize in the living room on the ground floor. Strict rules regarding quietness and cleanliness are kept, which is very good. The cleanliness is exceptional and everything at a great price. You have at your disposal a refrigerator and a kitchen equipped with everything for serving and heating your own food. The location is also privileged. It was a wonderful hostel: the hosts welcomed us late at night with big smiles and helped us make sure we’d arrive on time for our flight the next morning. The place was incredibly cosy and well arranged, with a shared kitchen, where you could serve yourself fresh tea and milk for free. We were welcomed in the room with hot water bottles to keep us warm and charging cables, in case anyone had forgotten their adaptator. I’ve never been to such a nice hostel, I completely recommend, and we were sad to not have discovered it earlier!

Frankly speaking, I was worried before going to this hostel. HOWEVER, THIS IS THE AMAZING HOSTEL! The staff/owner? is really nice and even it is four people room, other three female customers were very quite and silent as if there was no one. There is mini light, shelf, and cabinet with free lock at the private space with bed. Although hostels have curtain to divide space from other 3 roommates, it is very relieving to have private shelf and cabinet(I can hide key before sleep to safely store my stuff in cabinet!). The shower room is clean and neat.

The boys next to my room was talking until 1am which could be heard over thin wall. But I was watching something so not that bothered. For sensitive customers, the wall is thin yes, but the staff tell all customers that let's be respectful and quiet as house rule.

Exceptional stay at this hostel. Bed was amazing with premium bedding, fast wifi, hot showers, fully equipped kitchen to cook, gourmet free coffee, ideal location upon arriving or departing for the airport. It was very quiet during the day so I was able to get work done on my laptop. Be mindful that the office is locked in the afternoon (there is a lovely park nearby where I waited for my check-in). For western travelers, please know that rooms in Japan are small (this hostel seems to be a home converted to a hostel). Noise was not an issue but for a fellow American traveler with his loud mouth.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine care by the staff at Hostel328&Lounge. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The proximity to the airport was an incredible advantage, as I could easily reach the hostel after a long flight without any difficulties. The swift and smooth transportation to and from the airport was particularly convenient and allowed me to maximize my time spent exploring the city. Despite its close proximity to the airport, Hostel328&Lounge maintained a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were impeccably clean, cozy, and well-designed, with comfortable beds, crisp linens, and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

Located in a small quiet town just next to Haneda. Very clean and comfortable. Owner was very friendly and could speak/understand English. Great host who even prepared amenities for me when I mentioned I wanted to go to the nearby Sento. Embodies the philosophy of 一期一会 and represents great Japanese hospitality.

Stairs was steep so carrying heavy luggage might be an issue. It is an old house so the sound insulation isn't too good but people are respectful enough to be quiet :) Place is run by the owner so check in can be a bit later than most other places.

A pleasant stay hosted warmly by Yuka-san, who is very friendly and speaks very good English. She was very accommodating to take care of my luggage and provided detailed information for access and train schedules. The beds are comfortable and very conveniently located for flights in and out of Haneda.

The rooms and washrooms at a bit smaller but well maintained and cozy family feel.
