It's very close to the airport so it's convenient to stay here if you need a fast ride. The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were comfortable. There were pajamas in the room for us to use. Breakfast was yummy as well. The best thing about the hotel was the personnel, the lady that received us at the reception was super nice and welcoming <3.

Location was right across the street from Otorii station which made it easy after a long flight from Haneda. Staff was helpful and welcoming!

The room is very large and comfortable. They separate bath and stool into two rooms. Shower and bathtub is super, definitely is bonus . Staffs are friendly, nice and helpful. Lawson and 711 are downstairs and seconds away. Two train stations are downstairs and a minute away. Very close to Haneda Airport. If you take early flight, there is no rail service and you have get a cab, cost you about 6000 Yen.

Located on artificial island and close to port and convention center. If you are here for convention, the place is perfect. However, if you are seeking low price stay but sight seeing in downtown, you will have increased commute time and extra fare for the train tickets. Only 3 stops will cost about 280 Yen per person. Remember there are two train routes you can take. Take blue line to get around island and have some fun in the park, the blue line stop is on the back of the hotel. Try no to take blue line if you want to get out island, the red line is on the front of the hotel. Only 3 stops to get out of the island. Both two line cost the same, it just the blue line has more stops.

Room was comfortable, and staffs are all very friendly. Breakfast was great too.

We expected their Airport Shuttle service more convenient, but it was not. The service was very much limited and became full quickly. We thought it is better not to count on their airport shuttle service, but to use public transportation (train) instead.

Only a few minutes walk from the train station, so very handy. Multiple convenience stores and good restaurants around it. Got the packed breakfast every morning. On the departure day, we took them to airport and ate them. Shuttle service to airport was great and convenient. Overall it's a great hoel.

It was so hard to get the comfortable temperature in the room. Regardless of the temperature setting, the aircon in the room kept blowing hot air when it was set as 'heating', cold air at 'Cooling' and cold air at 'Auto'. The aircon was set for 21deg and showed that the room was 25degrees, but it still blew hot air. The second day we gave up and turned the aircon off.

The hotel is walking distance from Otorii Station, extremely convenient for people taking the early flight from Haneda airport the next morning, this hotel is excellent instead of rushing in the metro during morning peak. Allows luggage deposit if arrive before scheduled check-in time; b.fast is pre-packed bento for people taking the hotel bus to airport

There's limited seats on their hotel's airport bus which should have made known to the guests when they first book the hotel, so we can pre-book the seat(s), and not wait till check-in time, only to realise their airport bus is already fully-booked; I had to pay JPY2,100 to take a cab to Haneda Airport which is only 5mins away by car, not worth the money. They only have one mini bus (that sits 14pax) for the airport shuffling, maybe they should have more to cope with demand especially during peak tourism period

The room, eventually was good (key card wouldn't open door, and when it was opened there was not twin (single) beds as requested). They found us what we wanted without argument.

We were told the shuttle to the airport ran at4:10 in the afternoon (our flight was at 9:05 pm). Because my husband was sick we opted to stay in the seating area after we checked out at 10am. At 4:15pm I asked where the bus was, only to be told it only goes in the morning. To rub salt into our wounds, the guy who had arranged the bus for us, saw us sitting there all day, but didn't say anything.

We stayed one night at the hotel before the early flight. Spacious comfortable room, small, but cleat bathroom with a bath tub, air conditioning available in the room. Breakfast was provided as a kind of bento boxes, but it was enough to have before the flight. There was water and tea available at the reception desks. Shuttle bus to the airport is a great option offered by the hotel. It takes 15 minutes to get to Terminal 3, but remember to sign in a day before.

The hotel is great in terms of airport location, but quite far from the standard atractions in Tokyo (Shibuya, Harajuku etc), so take into considaration that it might even take 60 minutes to get there for some sightseeing and usually you will need to change metro line 2-3 times.

The location is the reason as it is so closed to Haneda airport. Free shuttle bus service is provided by the hotel, or it is an easy train ride for 240 yen to get to the airport with no sweat. We arrived at the late hour around 11pm. Staff are ready to greet us at the lobby, and the check in was less than 5 mins. There is a nearby convenience store for late night snacks. I enjoyed my short stay with MONday.

The hotel is small and compact. Nothing is wrong. If the tv could be upgraded with internet access and allowed to play youtube. It would be 100 !!

Very easy access to Haneda Airport, 5 minute walk to a very large park for children, close proximity to a Matsumoto Kiyoshi (similar to CVS or Walgreens in USA), multiple convenience stores within 5 minute walk, very clean room but smelled a little like chlorine when we first arrived. Spacious bath area and the ofuro included a seating area perfect for small children to sit down on and have a bath or hosed down for a shower. There's a shuttle service to Haneda but only until about 9 AM. If you have a late afternoon flight like us, we had to check out at 10 AM but the front desk will watch your belongings until you're ready. They will tie a rope to your luggage with a numbered tag and hand you the matching tag. When you're ready for your luggage, return to the hotel with the matching tag and they'll release your luggage.

Bus shuttle service is only until 9 AM but that's OK since the closest train station is only a 15 minute ride directly to the Haneda Airport terminals.
