Room was clean and fresh. Location is close to Haneda airport which is exactly what I wanted. Just a few minutes with metro or use their shuttle car. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I had questions for them. Price was good and there was also breakfast included. All in all, I’d say great value for your money and an easy recommendation. I only stayed one night but it’s an excellent choice if you arrive late and just want somewhere close to the airport to crash for one night like I did.

Very good value, right next to Otorii station. To stay in the hotel in the airport would have cost double. Great that there was bread and coffee from 5am and lots of food from 6. Staff were super helpful.

Shuttle was on time but infrequent. O had to search two websites to see where I should catch it. However train from Haneda to Otorii could work very well if you didn't have too much luggage. Very limited seating for breakfast on the assumption that guests can take a tray to their rooms. That doesn't appeal to me, especially as the room is compact.

Even I was carrying two big suitcases and taking my child with me, there were no problems. The hotel is very close to the train station. Also they providesus a free shuttle bus to Haneda Airport (10 minutes to the international terminal). The room has an air-conditioner, kettle, empty minibar etc,. and enough space for opening two big suitcases and carry-on baggage. There is a convenience shop (and a drug store) just across the road. It is in a very good location though the room was very calm. The hotel included the breakfast, it was a real bargain. My child enjoyed the view (Airport, Tokyo tower and Tokyo Skytree). The receptionists were polite and kind. I got satisfied with this hotel as it was "Clean, convenient and comfortable (specially for that price !)."

This hotel is excellent for a one-might stay. It is very close to the train station, very close to Haneda Airport, and it runs a free shuttle to the airport. Room is small and basic, a bit outdated, but clean, and it has all one needs for a one-night stay. Excellent value for money. Staff is extremely professional and helpful. I asked for a quiet room so I could sleep, and I was given one. This is something I appreciated very much.

There is no need to think about what I might not have liked. The hotel offers excellent value for money. My room was very, very quiet, and I could sleep. I do not need more than that before an early morning flight.

This was a basic business hotel that had everything I needed for a one night stay between an international and domestic flight. The shuttle bus made it easy to get between the hotel and airport. The room was satisfactory. It was bigger than some business hotel rooms I've stayed in and the room-specific wifi had a good signal.

The water pressure in the shower was excessively strong-in fact, it was painful to have it pointed directly at me. The bed was also rather hard, but I still slept well.

I only stayed briefly because I had an early flight but the staff are there 24 hours so it was fine. Its very close to ootori station so you can walk with a suitcase. Check in was really quick and they called a taxi for me for the airport. The room was very quiet and clean. I liked that I could control the aircon myself. Sometimes other hotels don't allow it. There's a convenience store across the road and a fridge and kettle in the room. They told me about bus and train routes too in case I wanted those. They offered me some toiletries which are downstairs and you take up to your room. There was a free breakfast option but I had to leave before 6am so I couldn't try it. But overall really convenient for the price.

Excellent location: just a few steps from Otorii subway station (that connects to Haneda Airport or larger stations for transfers), convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Room and bathroom very clean. Staff very friendly and willing to try and accommodate requests.

Breakfast was hit or miss. Restroom is on the small side (not an issue for low maintenance travelers). Beds are a bit hard.

The location is close to Haneda Airport and there is a free shuttle service that runs into the night - great, if you land rather late in the evening, as public transport will stop around 11:30 PM. The room itself is rather small (as is common in Japan), but functional and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

It was close to the airport and there was a shuttle service to the airport both to and from the airport. I was satisfied with the variety of breakfast and Japanese and Western dishes. The room and lobby were all there needed, so I was able to spend a comfortable time without any problems.

The only thing that disappointed me was that the mattress on the bed was hard.

4.00 pm admission is too late. Air travellers usually need to leave early the next day, so a 3.00 pm check in would be more convenient. There is no comfortable lounge to sit and wait - just hard chairs in the foyer.
