It is near Haneda Airport, the free shuttle service takes about 10 mins to ferry passengers between the hotel and the airport. The taxi fare would cost about 2000 yen.

The place to take the shuttle service from Haneda airport was unclear and the staff was not able to explain that effectively. Please refer to this link https://www.haneda-hotel.com/english/shuttlebus The breakfast place is not in the West Wing, guest will have to walk over to the main building (about 50m).

I liked that it was in a quieter part of Tokyo. It was around 45 minutes by trains from Shibuya, where the pedestrian scramble crossing is. The hotel was very clean and what I expected from the description and pictures. The breakfast was great and worth the price.

The West Wing doesn't have laundry facilities in the building, although, it appeared there would be some there. You have to walk down the same block to the main hotel, to do the laundry. It's not a big deal, but it would have been nice to be able to do it within the building rather than carrying your clothes down the street.

The location of the hotel is very close to Haneda airport of Tokyo. The shuttle bus to and from Haneda airport is an added advantage which allows visitors particularly newcomers with luggage to travel stress free. The breakfast served by them is also quite good. Moreover, their restaurant in JAL City main wing gives the visitors an option to have dinner without going out. There are other restaurants also in the area.

It would be better if breakfast could be served in JAL City West Wing itself. This would have saved the guests from the trouble of going to the main wing for breakfast. The breakfast menu can have more fruit options.

This hotel is quite conveniently located close to the train station, if you have to go to Haneda Airport. Also, they run shuttle buses every 30 minutes. The breakfast was very good (buffet style), but required a short walk to another bilding. Room was tiny, but well equipped, and good matraces. Not a bad place from which to discover Tokyo.

Upon arrival, you check in with a machine, like at the airport. This is an impersonal, unwelcoming gesture. In general staff was helpful (such as took care of luggage after checkout), but impersonal and cold (West wing). In contrast, staff at the breakfast place (JAL city hotel) displayed the usual japanese heartfelt hospitality.

Great location close to Haneda Airport (15-20mins total travel time - 3 train stops + 5mins walk from station) esp if you are using it as a pit stop to stay close to the airport. Room was clean, comfortable and had all the basic amenities covered. There are two wings, East and West in separate buildings so just make sure you know which one you have booked (both same name and facilities / room type seem same though). Shuttle bus (free) to the airport is also available every 30mins and we used it once to head to the airport from the hotel (took about 20-30mins, so if you are in a hurry the train would be faster)

Rooms were small in size and a bit cramped, but this is a standard in Tokyo (however this being out of the main city area we were hoping for a slightly larger size room)

The free shuttle from Haneda Airport was very convenient. Room is clean and size is adequate for 2 persons, most Japanese hotel rooms are on the smaller side except the 5 or 6 star ones. Toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, bath wash etcare available in sachets in baskets at reception, you just help yourself. Check in was through a kiosk in reception, they have staff to assist if you encounter difficulties. All in, very happy with it as a transit hotel. On the opposite side of road, there are one or two ramen eateries, and a convenience store.

It was an adequate hotel for 1 or 2 nights. Nothing much around.

Great location - close to HANEDA airport Free airport shuttle - so much easier than taking a train with luggages! Service - open lounge with free drinks + amenities! Great Price / Value - clean and nice hotel for a great price!!

Breakfast time - too early time range for some people / maybe keep the restaurant open a bit longer!? information - we didn’t know until we checked in that Restaurant and Shuttle stop are at next door, the main wing of JAL hotel (I think it’s better to put a more noticeable message / description / announcement on the booking site)

Very spacious bathroom, ice maker on the floor, free Softdrinks, coffee, soups in the lobby. Very clean. Modern hotel where almost everything worked. Comfortable beds, view of the airport. Free breakfast.

Very rigid on check in time. We were 13 min early due to rental car return scheduling, no take! Ok. They say 15:00 check in. Fair enough. But for what purpose? The only other thing that was very annoying: the aircon temperature reset itself to 27deg every hour or so. Much too hot in the 36 degree temperature.I informed the staff who went into back room and said it was internally adjustable and that he fixed it. No, all night we were sweating, then fine after manually adjusting. The the cycle began again. Kept us awake. Not good.

This was a convenient location which we got to by monorail. At first we rocked up to the wrong building so if you are using the West Wing you’ll be at the next one up. We were able to get dinner at the resort next door. The staff were super friendly and were so wonderful at receiving and storing our luggage in advance and then having it ready upon check in. They also let us use scales to weigh our luggage ready for the flight. The room had just enough room to sort our four large suitcases out ready to fly. We were SO grateful to have a free transfer to the air in the morning! Very easy and stress free.

The air con was good but we didn’t have much control over it

We booked this place because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle bus to both terminals. However, besides it being close to the airport its connection to the other parts of the city was not that bad as the train station was virtually across the road. The hotel itself is very comfortable, the rooms are small, but have everything you need. The unlimited supply of coffee and drinks down in the lobby was a great feature too. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. The shuttle bus to and from the airport is that extra bit that makes this place great.
