I loved it so much, easy to get in with flexible check-in times, a 24 hour FaceTime staff to help me and allow me to purchase toothbrushes. Very easy to reach the convenient store, just across from the street and cheap enough rides with taxi from the airport. Relatively easy to find on the map and for the driver to take us. The room was super clean no weird smells in washrooms, big automatic toilet. The room was spacious enough for two people, a double decker bed was super comfy, super soft. Amazing projector to watch movies.

I’m just being picky but we found some stains on the table.

The room was small but clean, and everything was efficient and free from issues. The location was great, the area is nice in itself with great restaurants around, but crucially it's really quick to get to haneda airport

The sink in the bathroom was too small to use, but there is another sink in the room's compact kitchen

It’s a 5-min walk to the station, 2 stops away from Haneda. Good place to rest before an early morning flight. Nice minimalist design too.

Everything is digital. From check in to check out. Would be nice to have at least 1 person to assist.

Small room but spacious and clean bathroom. Good shower pressure, bidet and amenities provided. Great for one night stay. Check-in required a video call via skype from a tablet on the front desk.

A little far from the train station esp when its raining we had to drag our luggages and drenched enroute to Haneda airport at 6am! Its okay walk if no rain

It was quite convenient from the Haneda airport. We took the airport limousine bus, and it stopped right in front of the hotel. There's also a convenient store right across from the hotel! Great location!

An easy train ride away from HND (2 stops). Located right across from a convenience store and close to restaurants and close to the train station.

There is no staff on site. Evening is entirely virtual.

Clean, easy to get into. Not very expensive.

Location was a bit far from the airport, not much around the hotel. We thought we were booking 4 twin beds, but it ended up being 2 double beds.

It was super convenient - only one train stop from Haneda but was really reasonably priced. The room was very stylish and comfortable with good facilities like fridge and kitchen.

Easy to access once we learnt how to get in/ sign in 24/7 access as we we worried when we had a late flight in
