1. Location- Very near to Haneda International Airport 2. Staff can speak Japanese and English 3. Check in process very smooth 4. Many restaurants including Indian restaurant are nearby. 5. Family mart is just opposite the hotel. 7/11 and Fuji mart is also nearby. 6. Free shuttle bus, The drivers were very nice persons who helped everybody to load the luggage. Every half an hour there is a bus. 7. Microwave oven in the floor where you can heat your own meal. 8. Coin laundry was also there.

1. Water bottles were not provided in the room . We had to buy from outside.

Location is good, very close to the airport. There are a good variety of restaurants near by and convenient stores. Easy to get to by taxi or courtesy shuttle bus (it mainly serves Terminal 1 throughout the day, Terminal 3 after 10 PM); the shuttle bus going to the airport is only scheduled in the mornings. Room is small but the bed is comfortable to sleep in. Outside noise is barely audible. Bathroom is good, shower has adequate pressure. We only stayed 1 night and it's great for that.

I wish the courtesy shuttle from the airport to the hotel would also run more frequently from Terminal 3.

Great location, missed the last shuttle bus due to airport being slow with baggage but the hotel is just up the street from a train station only three stops from the airport. That also made getting around the city easier. Right across the road is a lovely ramen place that's 24hr and a convenience store so was also super happy about that. Room also had a lovely view of mt Fuji. I got one of my best photos in the room of a beautiful sunrise making the sky behind the mountain pink. Definitely coming back in future

The only thing was they had these adorable seal plushies in the lobby and I couldn't find a way to buy one lol.

The room was super clean and comfortable with a small fridge and all personal care items I needed. Three convenient stores within 5mins walking distance and a train station connected to larger station like Shinagawa for further sighting seeing or shopping. Staffs were attentive and friendly!

Free shuttle buses are only available from Terminal 1 at Haneda airport. You will probably need to ask the customer service where to get on the shuttle bus just to get to Terminal 1 first because it’s not easy to find it by yourself… The stop of the shuttle bus to the hotel at terminal 1 is located on the other side of the street which is also a harder find especially there isn’t any sign in English…Just ask if you get lost.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Train station was very close by. Plenty of places to get food. Little market across the street. Offered a shuttle all day, however if you need to get to Terminal 2 or 3 for Haneda (international flights) the shuttle only runs in the AM. Had plenty of toiletries if one needs. They held my luggage for a few hours, at my request, after I checked out for no additional fee.

The room is very small. I know this is normal in Japan, however I feel the layout could have been optimized. The controls for the room are location on the wall where the bed is pushed up against. So if you need to turn of another light, you need to climb across the bed to access buttons.

The hotel is quite near the airport. It was past midnight then when we arrived. and unfortunately we missed the last bus from the airport to the hotel as our flight was delayed. We had to take a taxi. It was past midnight then. We were met by a very friendly lady at the hotel counter who could speak good English. There was a minor confusion on the number of room that we reserved but it was quickly clarified. As for our room it was spacious. ad the lights were bright enough. The bed is soft and comfortable. It was easy to adjust the temperature of the water at the shower . The room had a window that faced the beautiful sunrise. We had to leave early to catch our flight and this time we availed of the free shuttle. We were ably and politely assisted by two men who included the driver. They loaded our baggage in the appropriate compartment and the bus left on schedule. We arrived at the airport after ten minutes and the driver unloaded all the baggage by himself. We thanked him for his excellent service.

Nothing. It was excellent. Everything including the disposables i.e. lotion, combs (which are found in the lobby) are in place. I only wished we stayed longer to enjoy the restaurant and the food that it serves. I also wished I had time to explore the interesting surroundings which included some restaurants and shops.

Free airport shuttle was great to Haneda Terminal 1 which then allowed us to transfer to Terminal 3 for our flight. I really appreciated that we were able to leave our luggage with the front desk until our flight. The room was well appointed and the in-room coffee was an unusual surprise. It's a very convenient location to Haneda airport and was easy to get to on the Keikyu Line (stop KK14?). The room was very quiet and the very clean.

The pillows are a little strange and there was a lack of an explanation for them being strange. I didn't ask for alternate pillows so not sure if they are available.

Check out was simple,there was a staff member there just accepting all the key cards but guess it makes sense,it was morning and a lot of people had flights,what could make a smoother checkout without having to spend a little extra time on checking out via their kiosks?

The guy I that was helping me out appeared kind of extremely reserved in manners and just seemed like I was taking too long wasting his time putting in the info for check in,though on the plus side,he at least did speak english. Also the shower curtains had a little not too pleasant smell,the kind that's hard not to notice.

Everything was well organised and convenient. We had a smooth check-in in the middle of the night when we arrived from Haneda airport, the hotel shuttle buses were not running anymore at 2am (as far as we could tell from the website). We took a taxi for 1300 yen, which was less than we expected to pay. There is a convenience store across the hotel for a late night snack which we desperately needed. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfortable. We could pick the amenities we needed from the lobby. The breakfast was a mix of western and Japanese food (I can only vouch for the Japanese breakfast part, but that was really good and exactly what we needed after a long day of travel).

This is a good place to stay if using Haneda airport. The hotel shuttle to the airport runs every half hour and only takes a few minutes. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were efficient. There is a train station a block away (Anamori-Inari station on the Keikyu line). Also there are several small restaurants and convenience stores within a block or two.

In general, everything was fine. However, the elevators and hallways looked dirty (my room, in contrast, was clean). The room would have been cramped for two people, but was okay for one.
