Clean, very quiet and peaceful. The design and decoration are more tasteful than the modern hotels. The staff are very friendly too. The location is very quiet but behind the hotel is a attractive neighbourhood with small bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Close to Chiyoda and JR rail lines. Shibuya is 10 minutes on foot. Yoyogi park is even closer

room is small but small, toilet is small but very clean n comfy. housekeeping is everyday and very attentive to your needs including small things like simple necessities , plugs, packet sealers. first aid kits, scissors, etc. all available with the reception. each receptionist is kind and exceptional.

I like the location — about 13-15 minute walk from Shibuya station — so it was very quiet.

Bathroom step is pretty small for my feet — so I had to be very careful to not fall. It would be much worse for a man with bigger feet than mine. Those higher level bathroom modules should be lowered to same level as the rest of the room.

Location and size of the room. Good house keeping and good front desk.

No laundry service, no drinking water, no coffee and no heater in the room Building was very old, the life was tight.

Great room (Japanese style) with windows that opened and air conditioner. Just ten minutes walk from Shibuya crossing yet completely away from the crowds and noise. 24 h convenience store next door. Yoyogi Park a few minutes walk. Friendly staff.

I really enjoyed the stay, good location, the staff were very friendly available 24 hours a day.

It wasn't the cleanest place. The ventilation on the ceiling was very dirty and the air conditioning wasnt cleaned.

THE SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE! We booked the hotel because its near our event but since it’s right within everything, it got easily booked so we got two different bookings. The staff was so helpful to transfer all of our stuff from one room to another. It was seamless and well-arranged. Thumbs up to the staff from reception to the housekeeping.

Super friendly staff. Nice clean room. Great location for Shibuya. Far enough away from the super busy parts to get a bit of quiet, but such an easy walk to get to everything! Next door is a konbini too!

The staff were the best!!! Perfect area to stay in, with a convenient store right next door, and a park next to the hotel that is perfect for a morning jog. First impressions go a long way, and they perfected it.
