Lovely Hotel, but why is the breakfast so trash? We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are nice and clean, staff are very kind, and the location is perfect for if you're purely shopping in shibuya. But that breakfast is trash, 2 options and twice there was no coffee, I know it's not the staff's fault as there is only one person on duty. But keep in mind she wolf is next door and they do a good cup of coffee.

The breakfast Toast 2 slices of bacon and an egg Cup of onion soup.... Cold There was one more option but it was worse.

I asked the hotel lobby staff on how will I return my rented wi-fi thru mail, but he exert extra effort of getting bubble wrap and tape, and personally packed the wi-fi. He give me direction on where the mail box which is just adjacent to the hotel. The staff is very accommodating.

I'm a frequent traveler, all of the hotel I stayed in provide complimentary bottled water, but with Tobu hotel, no bottle water provided. My son lost the key card, the hotel charged me with 2,000 yen, first time to encounter a hotel charging for lost key card.

Excellent location. Good value for money. Relatively tiny room but with all the amenities and equipment you need. Breakfast set menu's were nice.

The hotel rooms were older and small but comfortable and clean. We booked 2 rooms - double and triple rooms. It was our home for 6 nights and very happy with our stay. Beds were comfortable and rooms were cleaned each day and toiletries were replenished. The cleaners found socks were lost and placed on our bed. The front desk was very kind and helpful. They lent us umbrellas when we needed them and helped us to transport our luggages to our next destination. The hotel is so close to the heart Shibuya but far enough so it’s not too crowded. Felt like home. We also enjoyed meals and drinks at She Wolf Restaurant.

Nil - the hotel have exceed my expectations.

This is clearly not the cheapest hotel around tokyo, but I if you like shopping and going out to izakayas, this is one of the best options. There is a Mega Don Quijote at 7 min walking distance, a Uniqlo, Zara, HyM and so many other brands, and believe me, the last days you will probably buy LOTS of things. It is a strategic point when you are with big bags. Other locations are awesome, but it’s quite a hazle carrying lots of bags specially in trains or if you have back problems. Anyway, amenities were nice, quite a good space for the room, and there is a nice coffee store at the entrance of the hotel.

It’s not cheap, but you are more likely paying for the location (which is a very good place since it’s near Shibuya Station and many stores)

The location is perfect - everything I could have ever asked for was within a 10 minute radius. Shibuya Parco, the station and crossing, even Mega Don Quixote! Family Mart next door too - the Fried Chicken is as good as they say! The staff were also beyond incredible. During my stay, my wallet went missing and was presumed stolen (although later found by a man who took it home to him in the countryside). During that time of stress and uncertainty, the staff were incredibly kind in allowing me to extend my stay until the wallet was returned, with the cash that I still had on hand. They even helped write messages for me to help update the police. I felt very safe and looked after by all the staff, which was not only incredibly helpful to me, but was a huge comfort to my family back home as well, especially given that this was my first solo trip overseas. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Shibuya. The location is perfect, as are the staff. Fresh bedding every day too!

The room is relatively small but there was excellent use of space so that wasn’t noticeable at all. It is very near Yoyogi Koen and Meiji Jingu in one direction and Shibuya in the other. A lot of restaurants, coffee shops and shops of various kinds in the area.

I think they need to clean the day couch in the room better.

Nice hotel, located quite close to shibuya station and the big crossing. The staff was super helpful with everything we needed.

The room facilities were a bit old and didnt work. One door from the cupboard fell off

Its very simple and it’s close by to the main attractions that I was able to visit. Same goes for food vendors.

The window to the room was designed to look like it was blurry and I felt like the hotel didn’t want us to look out and I just felt depressed Lol and that was because the room interior was dark as well so I just find it to be a bit off.
