The receptionist were very clear and formal. Very clean and minimalistic. Everything was clean and smelled nice.

I didn’t like having to check in and out everyday even when I stayed consecutively. I appreciate still being able to keep my stuff in the locker, but if I needed a midday nap to avoid the sun I really couldn’t. In addition, having a rule to not be able to reorganize my luggage bothered me because my luggages contained all my stuff. When I did need something from my luggage, I was able to move over to avoid obstructing other guest’s walkways.

It was a very nice clean and quiet place to rest after being in busy Tokyo all day. The showers were very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was always very silent in the sleeping area so falling asleep was very easy.

Even if you stay consecutive nights you have to check out and return your keycard everyday at 10 am. You can leave a bag in your locker still, but you cant get to it until you check in again somewhere after 14 pm. There is also technically no lock between the street and where you sleep, but Japan is very safe, so this did not bother me all that much.

Exceptionally clean and convenient location.

Daily checkout at 10am really means CHECK OUT - all personal belongings must be removed from your capsule, which feels like it defeats the purpose of staying in the same place every night. I was only traveling with a small suitcase but felt the lockers were too cramped. While I appreciated getting new towels, slippers & pjs everyday I feel like the business could be more eco-friendly by allowing guests to continuously use the slippers at least. Future iterations could be built so that there are hooks integrated into the capsules for convenience. I also felt the whole building was kept a bit too warm (my stay was in March), but I have found that to be the case all over Japan.

The capsules were perfect size. Loved that it was a woman's only capsule hotel, it made me feel alot safer. The showers were large and clean. The facility itself was clean. Super close to the Metro and JR line! If you book your stay for multiple days you must "check out" daily by 10am and can "check in" at 1400. You can leave your luggage though!

Didn't realize that the hotel was in the bar district. And I would have loved to have more ventilation in the capsule while it's closed, the curtain blocks the AC from getting in.

Easy access from the Kanda Station, close to plenty of restaurants, clean, quiet. The bed is super comfortable and wide, there is plenty of room. The staff was friendly and explained clearly how things work. Amenities are offered so you dont even need to pull your toothbrush and pyjamas out of your suitcase.

The lockers are a bit small, i was able to put in a cabin sized suitcase my coat, carry on bag and shoes which is plenty, but it would be nice to have a slightly bigger locker so its not as cramped (especially in colder months with big coats) I remember a few years ago being able to book either a bottom or top cabin. Would be nice if this was still possible. I probably could have asked at reception.

• With the rules like "don't take the luggage to the sleeping area", it's indeed quieter comparing with some other hostels. • The shower area is quite clean, and you'll have enough space to place your clothes or other stuffs while taking a shower.

• To create a quiet space, all your luggage should be stored in the locker on the first floor, so it's a bit inconvenient when you need to take something out or getting ready to take a shower, get dressed, etc. • No eating or drinking, so you'll have to finish your meals somewhere outside. However, these rules are for a cozy space for the others, which is acceptable for me.

Really great experience in a capsule hotel. Actually found the bed very comfortable if you like firm mattresses/futons. Very clean and tidy and the capsule was bigger than I thought. Great option for one night, however might be more challenging for longer. Suitcase has to go in the lockers on the first floor, and they’re not that big. Any suitcases that don’t fit have to go in a cupboard by reception.

I couldn’t charge my phone with a USC charger as there was no option on the power socket. Not for adapters either. Would need a USB charger.

Liked everything about it. Absolutely spotless in every way. Comfortable. A minutes walk from Kanda station On arrival you are handed a bag with everything you need for an overnight stay. Bath towel, hand towel, bath mat, slippers, p j’s and toothbrush and toothpaste. All other toiletries are to be found in the shower. The bed is clean, comfortable and cosy with own level of lighting and phone charging point. It’s a whole new experience. Which both my grand daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed. If I am ever back in Tokyo I’d look no further for accommodation.

Great concept. Pods are comfortable for people who are used to sleeping on futon. Bathroom is clean and modern, great cosmetics (shampoo etc). Very nice receptionists!

There is no chance to have an uninterupted sleep (even 5 hours is a miracle) without really good earplugs! People totally ignore the fact that they entered a quiet zone (sleeping pods) and make so much unnecessary noise.

It's like a little ritual. It is quiet, relaxing, comfy, it kind of forces you to think in the present moment. Luggage is safely stored away, you get your pjs and your slippers from the front desk, take your shower and tuck away in your capsule. The capsules are generous, very clean, the light is good, you can read if you wish. This particular place is very close to Kanda station, which is right between Tokyo station and Akihabara station. It couldn't be better.

It was rather expensive for a type of accomodation that is supposed to be non-expensive. The space with the lockers is rather small for the number of lockers.
