I have no experience for comparison but according my investigation, it is a very good hotel for the price. The area is not a party area but it is strategically smart if you want to discover whole Tokio during several days. The room is very small but smartly arranged, as is typical. It was my first and last hotel I had in 3 weeks Japan. It has no restaurant or so, you are not there socializing with nobody. However, the staff is very very helpful and nice. They stored my luggage for 2 weeks between my two stays and received several items I order from amazon.jp in my name and when I showed up again, they immediately gave me all items. It is so incredible how Japanese can care for customers, and they are surely a good example. It is surely good for somebody like me who comes to Japan first time and has to learn a lot before he knows how things work. If you want to be close to the hotspots of Party than it is rather Shibuya and Shinyuku, cause Taxi is expensive and metro stops around midnight. I had some 20-30 minute walks to Ueno and Akhibara, that´s not so far, and it is also nice to check out. And the center is also not so far to the other side.

I think there is nothing I did not knew before because I investigated thoroughly.

This hotel is 5-6 mins walk from Kanda station. I'd say it's well-connected to most public transportation. If you travel from Haneda, it takes 30-40 mins door to door. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The size of the room is... very Japanese: small but compact. The bed is quite comfy. They also offer free toiletry on the ground floor. There's a 7-11 right next to the hotel. Overall I enjoyed very much of my stay!! Will definitely consider staying here again!

As mentioned, the size of the room is okay for one person. If you are two people and both travel with big suitcases. THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. Cause you can barely open your luggage :) But again, this is standard Japanese room size, so I'm not complaining.

Location - The best thing about this property is the location. It's quick 5 minute walk to the Kanda station, which can get you anywhere you need to go. While we were here we also made several trips to Akihabara on foot which was perfectly doable. We were in Asakusa for New Years Eve and were out after the trains stopped running. It took us about an hour to walk back, but it was doable and we felt safe doing it. Room - The room was fairly standard. Not the smallest we've stayed at, but it can sometimes be a squeeze with my spouse and our luggages. This was the hotel we stayed at before traveling back home, so we also had to fit in our souvenirs. While not necessarily comfortable, we didn't have any trouble. Amenities - They have all of the standard toiletries on the 1st floor that are free to take. The Washer/Dryer was in use every time we checked. If you're planning to do laundry, there's a couple 24-hour laundromats nearby. Staff - The staff were all great. No complaints. We had a few packages delivered to the hotel and they were prompt in letting us know that they've arrived. Morning breakfast - We opted not to have the morning breakfast so can't comment much on here. It seems to be fairly priced compared to other hotel breakfasts we had. We did McDonald's for breakfast a few times, which is a short walk on the way to Akihabara. Restaurants - The options are a bit limited in the area, but there are a few options within the area. If you need a late night snack they also have the 24-hour Nakau/Sukiya/Yoshinoya nearby. There's a 7 Eleven right below the hotel, as well as a few more within walking distance. There were also Family Marts and other convenience stores located nearby. Other - They have donation boxes near the elevator. This was nice and something I didn't see at any other hotel.

There weren't very many cons in my opinion. If you're looking for a place with a more active nightlife then this wouldn't be the one for you.

More expensive compared to similar rooms elsewhere, but well worth the money. We liked it so much, we ended up extending our stay here. The location in walking distance from Kanda Station can get you anywhere you want to go and if you don't feel like going out there is a 7/11 nextdoor. Staff was very friendly and gave us information if we had questions about getting around the area. This was the only place we stayed where we had a notable view from the window, but this might be different for you. 2 Washing machines and 2 dryers are available for use in exchange for a small charge.

No storage underneath the bed, so luggage is always in the way. Chair provided didn't have a backrest. Very low humidity in the room. They do provide a humidifier but you have to set it up yourself; something to be aware of if you're sensitive to nosebleeds like me. I'm not a fan of heating with AC units; a hassle deal with and I'd rather have a radiator. Wifi was a little slow.

I like the bathtub, easy to use. The bed is comfy. I can pick free toiletries/mask/skincare at lobby and I recommend you to try their bath salt. Even it quite far from train station, still easy to find. There’s many convenience store around the hotel. The Nearest one is next to the hotel entrance. Also have local restaurant in reasonable price. Quiet neighborhood. The buildings around this hotel are office. The room has extension power strip so I can charge all my phone, notebook and power-bank. Good wifi. And the best of all, the room has humidifier.

The pillow is a bit thin, another one is a bit hard, but I still got proper sleep. long walk from Kanda Station especially for those who have more than 1 luggages or children. (not a big problem for me)

Location is super convenient to go anywhere in Japan, especially to Haneda airport where it is only two stops to the monorail. Staff is very helpful. Bed is bigger than other Japan hotels. Bathroom is of good size.

Because the bed is larger so the room space is limited. We struggle to open up our luggage and to pack. Curry breakfast was a huge disappointment. Breakfast spread only offered vegetable curry, scramble eggs, rice, croissant, soup, small mixed salad, coffee, tea and juices. Not advisable to add daily breakfast to your room. You can request to add breakfast for one day upon check in to try it out before committing for the whole trip.

The room was clean and neatly prepared for our arrival. the location was great at just af few blocks form Kanda station, we could go basically anywhere we liked within Tokyo from there, Tokyo station is just a train away too so the shinkansen and Haneda airport monorail were easily accesible

The room was a bit "short", there wasn't much space in font of the bed. There wasn't a lot of room for luggage once opened, we traveled light coming in but we ended up buying another suitcase once in Tokyo and the big suitcase definitely didn't fit comfortably inside the room.

The hotel is about 4-5 blocks from the Kanda (Tokyo) JR station from the south exit. There were tons of amenities in the lobby that you could pick up and use (face masks, bath salts, toothbrush/paste, hair gel, lotion, brushes, hair ties, cotton sets, etc). They also had extension cords, curling irons and a few other small appliances you could borrow while staying there. Staff were also happy to receive any packages if you wanted to order things online and get them shipped to you at the hotel. The staff always left new towels outside our room in a bag when we requested it without having them make up our room completely.

The rooms were very small, there was hardly any room to place your suitcases. There was no room between the two twin beds to walk between them - though in hindsight we could have move them a little apart but sacrifice some of the space for our luggage. The beds were a little on the hard side and our toilet at least had trouble flushing on the small flush setting (so we always used the big flush).

Extremely clean rooms. Fantastic location. Very close to the Kanda JR Station. Quiet location. Lots of restaurants, 7-11, Lawson, Doutor shops nearby. Staff were friendly and efficient. They even provided umbrellas the one evening it rained. All sorts of amenities were available at the front desk. They had a traditional curry and rice breakfast available, which we didn't try, but it looked very good. Would definitely stay there again in Kanda. Would also consider other hotels of this chain in other areas as this one was excellent value for the price.

Nothing to not like at this hotel. Would have been handy to have 2 suitcase stands instead of 1 but now I am just being picky.

Great location as it's a 5 minute walk to the Yamanote line and the Chuo line, so you can get pretty much anywhere very quickly. There is a 7-Eleven open 24/7 next door which is insanely practical. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. Would stay again!

What didn't bother me too much but may potentially bother others is that the room was quite small, so you will probably only be able to open one suitcase at a time and won't have much room to walk around while a suitcase is open. A very minor thing that I really didn't care about.
