Easy check in on a large touch screen which was already translated to English. Very nice staff, and good location to be able to walk to most anything. The Aladdin Curry across the street was great, facilities are great, there's vending machines in the building and outside plus the Combini is very close. Everything was Very clean. Great place to stay and the room stayed in was small but I personally don't mind that (Just be cautious if you need or want more space).

Be aware of smoking rooms near yours if you're not a fan of the smell. Once up the elevator and walking to our room the smell was very strong however it didn't often leak through into our room at the very least. There was however a deodorizer spray on the desk that did help if the smell came through at all and was also good for your shoes.

room was clean and the bed was wide for a single. There was coffee and tea. Staff were great check in was easy, check out super easy. Good value for money in pricey Tokyo and it is 8 mins walk to the station, but very easy walk and on a main road. All teh soft furnishings wre fine - sometimes these hotels smell really bad, but these were not bad.

The bathroom had this odd tap system that I didn't quite master and also the sealant on the bathtubs is going black with mold. The hotel needs to replace the sealant and ensure that mold killer is used every clean - it smelled damp and the black mold around the tub was unpleasant.

Walking distance from Akihabara, Imperial Palace and many other attractions. Multiple convenience stores nearby. Staff was friendly, communicated well and it was just perfect.

I think the clothes drier on third floor wasn't functioning properly, as it didn't fully dry my clothes after, on first try, 2 hours, then on second try with another batch for 3 hours. I probably should have brought it up with staff, but it was only a minor inconvenience.

The staff helped me with everything I needed. As a typical Japanese hotel, comfortable, small, very clean and friendly staff. The bed was fine, although it felt like it had been used quite a bit. The room was small, but very comfortable and with everything you need to stay. In my case working at the desk. The location was perfect for my purposes, close to Kanda station is full of restaurants, only 5 minutes walking distance. There are also several convenience stores, and only 8 minutes walk to the center of Akihabara.

The elevator was slow, and you had to wait in line to get on it... since there was only one elevator.

I liked that is was close to Kanda station. The room, though small, was clean and comfortable. Staff were quite nice. Check in and check out were very easy.

The room was on the smaller side, but it was comfortable enough for two people. The neighbourhood was too quiet at night. There weren’t that many options to grab a late snack or dinner.

Good Housekeeping, start & finish on time - meaning we know when they do the cleaning thus we go out of our room. By evening, after our sigh seeing etc, the room were cleaned and ready.

Only if there were room ready and available, we could check in early instead of waiting for the 3pm common check-ins. As sometimes, tourists arrived at earlier flights might prefer early check in.

They have Video on Demands for free. They also got Hollywood movies so that foreigners who couldn't speak Japanese may enjoy the facilities. They also provide the amenities in the room. Other hotels that we visit in Japan provide the amenities in the lobby.

The room is getting warmer and the air conditioner is difficult to get colder. So we sleep with windows open at night. The bed size is just right. We sleep with 2 adults and 1 child. We all could fit on the bed, but maybe they could improve with the bed size. Other facilities are good and don't have any complaints with it.

Some improvements since I stayed in APA Hotel Kandaeki Higashi 3 years ago - much better pillows. Room was bigger than last time. Hotel staff collected my postal package on my behalf and handed it over at check-in - very helpful! Great location - near Akihabara. Neares subway station is Iwamotocho (shinjuku line) and allows to connect quickly pretty much everywhere

Room could have been a bit cleaner - on the surface it looks clean, but if you look in places like the room corner or walls, you see dust.

The hotel is located in a good area near Kanda Station and one may find several restaurants and supermarkets. With regards the staff they were really kind and helpful. The room was clean and full of necessities. The bed was really comfortable.

The room is a bit small

Very good deal for the money. Although the room is pretty small but it has everything you need. The room is clean and comfortable. It also provides free movie for you to enjoy which I found they understand what men need lol The breakfast is also very good. I had a sandwich set and it tastes fine for a hotel with such price. The staff are also very nice and kind.

The room is a bit small to for a large suitcase. The location can be better but walkable. Overall not too much to complain of, the deal worths the price.
