We chose this hotel for its great location (7 mins from Kanda Station, which is one stop from Tokyo Station). There were plenty of restaurants around and two 7-Eleven nearby, which provided all the snacks. The room was compact but big enough to fit all our things, and I liked that the we could open the window to the inner courtyard. The bathroom was quite small, but this is Japan, so I'm surprised when people complain about this. The staff were absolutely wonderful - very kind and friendly, and went out of their way to help us. I was very impressed by the daily cleaning service (optional) and the fresh towels we got every day.

The two things I didn't like at this hotel: 1) The air-conditioning was centrally controlled, so the room was either freezing cold or stuffy and hot whenever we had the A/C off. It was impossible to sleep with the A/C on because we froze to death, yet turning it off made it hard to breathe. 2) We paid for the daily buffet breakfast, which was nice but VERY limited. It might be fine if you're staying at the hotel for a couple of days, but there really wasn't enough change or variety for a 10-day stay. Plus, my boyfriend is vegetarian, and there was almost nothing for him to eat except for bread rolls and croissants. There wasn't even any cheese or sliced vegetables for a sandwich.

I liked that the hotel is close to Kanda station - one of the Yamanote stops and is well connected to other train stations. There are a lot of convenience stores and food options nearby. Akihabara is a close walk to the hotel. Staffs are also quick to help - whether providing extra pillow, band-aids and even umbrella when it rained. Breakfast was pretty much the same everyday but it good enough to have a full stomach to start your day. Breakfast ticketing system is also implemented but never considered to be a hassle. Just note that the hotel implements centralized cooling/heating and during autumn/winter months - it is set as heating.

We had a great 4 night stay here. Location is excellent, 5 min flat walk to Kanda station, a very convenient station on multiple lines and just one stop from Tokyo central station. The hotel location is very quiet. The room was compact - small by western standards but big enough if you are out sight seeing all day and just sleep there. The included breakfast is great, with western and asian choices. You have to specify a timeslot for breakfast but that all works well. The staff are super polite and helpful, and speak enough English to get by. Comfort Hotels are a chain and you know what you are going to get when you stay at one of their hotels - a clean and comfortable room with breakfast for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely stay there again if/ when we get back to Tokyo.

A really nice hotel at an affordable price. Super quiet. Very clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. A short walk from Kanda station - easy access to both JR and metro lines. Lots of places to eat and buy food nearby. Helpful staff.

The only real fault I could find was with the bedside lamp - it needs to be brighter! Also, you can't just turn up for breakfast at any time but need to pick a time slot the night before (although at least this means that there is never a crowd).

The staff was very helpful, it made our stay even better! Breakfast was great, you had a variety of Japanese and European food: scrambled eggs, bread, fruits, juices, soups, sausage, salad, cereals, waffles, danish breads, butter, water, coffee, etc. Nothing too fancy, but tasty.

Rooms could be bigger, but I understand the lack of space, specially in a big city such as Tokyo.

Good breakfast, cleanliness and location close to JR Kanda station which is only 1 station away from Tokyo station many restaurants, mini market around the hotel

the staff at the reception were unfriendly and a bit reluctant to take care of sending our luggage to your group "Comfort hotel shin-osaka, because having to separate the delivery note/landbill/invoice in 4 separate sheets (we were all 9 people)

Near Kanda Station (JR Yamanote Line and Subway Ginza Line), not more than 7 minutes by walk. Many choices at the breakfast bar. Convenient stores nearby. Free ice made by ice making machine. Good facilities and well-equipped. Comfy bed. Safe area.

Have to finish having breakfast in a short time if you eat at the common room (according to your chosen period of time), but was manageable for me

5 mins away from East exit of Kanda station which is one stop from Tokyo station. A bit tricky to initially locate as its on a small quiet street. Small but clean rooms size is on par with similar Japanese hotels. Very helpful reception staff. Small but adequate choice of western breakfast. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Microwave on lobby. Lots of eateries and convenience stores around

Great location in Kanda, only 5-10’ from multiple metro lines (Yamanote, Ginza, Shinjuku) and just a pleasant 10’ from Akihabara. Simple but good breakfast, very friendly staff, clean. We would stay there again!

Room was a bit small, so when we opened a suitcase there was no space to walk anymore. That’s common in Tokyo though.
