Surrounding neighborhood was cool to explore if you're looking to shop. Ginza was a short walk (10 minutes away). Yakitori alley was 2 minutes away. Great for late night vibes and food. The nearest train station was close (a few minutes walk). We also had the breakfast (around 1500-1700 yen) for one morning and it was superb. You pick your base set (Japanese or western) and then there's an AYCE section that included miscellaneous food (Miso soup, yogurt, bread, natto, etc.). You also get a nice street view from the second floor. Staff was friendly and there is a designated english-speaking staff member. We also did luggage forwarding which was on the far left of the check in counter. Staff was extremely helpful and filled in the paperwork when asked.

The room itself was small for two people. Some of the furniture in the room seemed worn down. For example, the wood on the furniture was chipped and the door handle to access the fridge was falling off the hinge.

As our first hotel in Tokyo we really enjoyed it. It is very sleek and though the rooms are small, they are a bit bigger than most of the options we saw online. It has everything you need (except maybe a closet), including a tv that you can connect to Netlfix and the massage chair is a nice extra after a long day. The bathroom could use more counter space, there is a missed opportunity by not putting a shelf below the sink. Also, the location is good for three reasons. 1) The Limousine bus stops right in front in the Park hotel. 2. It’s next door to Ginza Yaraucho so there are lots of dinner and late-night options to eat. 3. It is near a few metros station stops. They can help you send your luggage to your next destination. Would recommend.

Too small for more than 2 average sized suitcases

1. The location is fantastic. There are three different Metro lines around the hotel. Moreover, there are also many great restaurants and bars around. And just 3 mins walk, you can go shopping at Ginza. Most importantly, if you love jogging/running, you can definitely enjoy running around the Palace since Remm Hibiya is very close to the Palace. A round trip from the hotel and running one round of Palace is about 7k. 2. The size of the guest room is okay for one person, but a bit small for two. But I guess it is normal in Tokyo, especially in the central Hiniya area. Although it is not that spacious, it is indeed clean and comfortable.

1. The free WiFi is not stable... I tried to use it for having conference calls (Google Meet) but it disconnected once per 5 mins. However, it was still stable when I used my iPhone for messaging apps or browsing IG or FB. Therefore, for those who may need to have conference calls for business, you'd better ensure you have a backup such as a data plan on phones. 2. There is no self-service laundry room in Remm Hibiya. If you plan to stay for long and need to have laundry services, you should reconsider it before booking. The hotel does have laundry service, but it is very expensive.

The location was fantastic, close to public transport and lots of food options - would encourage you to walk around the area under the train tracks and try the local food - most restaurants have English menu so there was no issues at all. Felt safe in the area even walking around as a solo woman at night. The front desk staff were extremely helpful with helping providing maps and directions and all of them spoke excellent English. They also helped me store my bags after check-out and late check with a reasonable fee was available. The selection of amenities was great in room and at the lobby and I loved the array of teas and coffee (including decaf) and of course the massage chair in the room was a bonus after all the walking. It really was an extremely pleasant experience and with Ginza so close by and walkable. Will definitely book the hotel again if I came back. Truly amazed that the room could fit everything including an excellent shower in the space. Wifi was good and was so grateful for the multi-plug charger for Android and iPhone provided as I forgot to bring my charger.

Room size was fine for me as a single but could be a challenge for 2 people in the room as there's not much space to open bags and walk around the room. Not sure if the other rooms were bigger.

The hotel is located close to Tokyo Station for taking inter-city trains and busses, and even closer to a few metro stations for getting around Tokyo itself. This made it a super convenient stay for me. The airport bus also stops at the hotel across the road, so if you are coming from Narita, you won't have to drag your luggage very far. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, so you won't find anything difficult to access from this hotel. The staff were nice and helped me to forward my luggage to my next destination. Everything was clean and easy.

As the other reviews mentioned, the room is quite a tight fit if you have substantial luggage with you- especially with the massage chair taking up the only free space. It was fine for one person with a regular suitcase though! I found if you use the massage chair enough, you detest its existence a lot less... But be warned, it's definitely built for those with a smaller frame.

The staff is so polite and friendly. They made us feel at home. Bed is comfortable and locations is spot on, very close to many restaurants and cafés as well as a metro station and Tokyo train station. Our room was cleaned everyday and was always spotless. Shower is very good also. Breakfast absolutely delicious and with a nice view!

Wifi didn’t work at all times in our room, which was on the 10th floor. We had to go to the reception once to get access to the internet. Sometimes it would work in the room and sometimes not, you could never tell. Also the room is small, but this is common in Tokyo so not a problem.

Good central but quiet location 15 minutes walk from Tokyo main train station and other great transport links. Very helpful staff. Massage chair although it takes up quite a bit of space in a small room.

The only problem with this hotel for us was lack of space for large luggage and hanging/ storing clothes. We stayed here twice and the second time were given a slightly larger room but with space under the bed to put our cases. You could try requesting this at the time of booking.

Close and convenient for travel. Walk away from shops in Ginza. And it's close to the food hall underneath the train line. Lively enough area, without being too crowded. The bathroom is very spacious and bright, as it was on the window side of the room, which was different to most hotels in Japan that we've stayed at

Room was quite small. Only enough room for the double bed, and a small walkway. What we thought would be a positive which was the massage chair, became a bit annoying, as it was small enough to fit into the room, but big enough to hinder fridge access, which we often use when we stay in Japan.

Though it’s small, it’s cosy and the size is enough for a single traveller. The room is reasonably clean and great to have an eco option for not cleaning. Great location for travelling out as it’s central to major railway lines. Great counter staff, accommodating early check in (additional cost, but reasonable) to get proper rest after a midnight flight. Tasty and healthy breakfast. The massage chair is a bonus for after taking a long walk or hike during the day.

The breakfast is repetitive, the mains (at least for the Japanese option, there’s a western option btw) is the same for all breakfast. At least there’s a self-serving for soup (western and miso), rice, bread and more. Never like the single ply toilet paper provided.
