location: Great location off the Main Street in Ginza, hotel had a good lounge with options to heat up food. there is a laundry on site too which is helpful. as a family we felt very safe going out at night then walking back to the hotel afterwards late at night room size: we stayed as a family, 2 Adults + 14yr old and a 10yr old and the sleeping arrangement was fine with a third bed. it was a bit small though but expected. just enough (barely) space to lay down two large luggages bathroom: was very clean and spacious transport: super close to public transport within walking distance shopping and food: lots of very good shopping and restaurants near by. Not many budget food options around the location but there’s a Lawson next door. if you need it there is a ta-q-bin down the road.

room was small but enough to sleep and lay down luggage. if you’re tall the lower ceiling might make you uncomfortable

Perfect location, just off one of the main streets in Ginza. The staff were lovely and helpful. The way they distributed amenities via a counter in the lobby was genius. Lovely restaurants close by and several metro options. It was a 20 min walk from Tokyo main station and when I arrived into Tokyo I walked with my large wheeled suitcase, wheeled carry on and a back pack with absolutely no issue at all.

It was all good.

This hotel is at the very best location. The best department stores - Ginza Six, Shiseido Parlor and the best mix of eateries are all a stone’s throw away. You can easily walk to Tsukiji Outer Market from the hotel as well. With so much to do, it’s easy to forget that your cozy hotel room and warm lobby are waiting just for you. There is a discrete laundromat on the common kitchen floor which also features a couple of handsome and excellent sitting areas, plus a room with some gym equipment. The shower is hot and strong and we enjoy the quietness in our bath. It is so nice to have the wet area separate from the toilet as well. Everything being compact, as the building has a small footprint in the heart of Ginza, the hotel is very well designed. We all loved our stay and coming “home” at the end of each awesome night in Tokyo made us wanting to return again and again. Staff speak English very well and we are all well looked after. Thank you 🤩

The location of the hotel is good. About 7 mins walk to Ginza Station and Shimbashi Station. Can easily walk to other shopping malls, morning coffee places and many places to eat. A Family Mart is just outside the hotel and a slightly bigger Family Mart just 1 minutes walk away too. A shopping belt just around the corner of the hotel. Staff are friendly, attentive and very helpful. Some can speak English but a couple not so. Rooms are clean. Eg. Got a little issue to connect my iPad with the TV but their staff was very prompt to attend to my need very quickly. Very impressed. Would recommend the hotel to travelers, too.

The room is small and if it is a bigger, would be great! Cannot open up two large luggages, not enough space to walk. Had to close one, in order to walk. There is no wardrobe, only 4 hangers for clothings.

bed & pillow very firm and comfortable, plenty of space for 2 adults and 1 kid. The hotel is located very conveniently smack bang in the middle of main road of ginza, plenty of options for food, shopping etc and just a short walk to Ginza station (about 400m). the hotel gave us welcome drink coupon, also love that there is a lounge on level 2, we spent our time there when waiting for our airport transfer to come. love that hotel also has vending machine and laundry.

just a minor grip - the room was a bit dark and at first it was a bit hard to figure out how to turn on/off the lights. light switch only beside the bed

The location was central and in the best part of Ginza. A great mix of affordable and high end places to eat at and shop. There are 2 nearby metro stations about 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel, a Family Mart beside it and a Don Quijote a block away. It's great value for money. The hotel rooms are nice and big for Tokyo standards with a Japanese toilet. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smell so nice - Bergamot, Mandarin, Cedarwood mix. The rooms are cleaned and water bottles are resupplied daily. The staff are great - professional and friendly. They assisted us with booking an airport transfer on our last night. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location, location, location. Right near the Main Street of Ginza where all the nice shops are. Absolutely beautiful at night. Breakfast, western and Japanese was exquisite. Rooms modern and bedding is very comfortable and new.

The walls were very thin. We could clearly hear the family next door talking at a normal volume. If you got a loud family next door you would have a terrible time. Also, I know tokyo rooms are tight but this was probably too tight. The bathroom sink and place to sit was right next to the bed. Be warned, a lot of the eateries and bars around the area are very expensive. Not the ideal location for an affordable Tōkyō experience.

Location is great! Right smack in Ginza but on a quieter street. Right beside Family Mart which was really convenient and a 10 min walk to either Ginza station or Shimbashi station. Great place to stay if you want to be close to shopping (lots of high end brands but also flagship Uniqlo and Muji are closeby) but not so crowded or busy compared to Harajuku or Shinjuku. Hotel was quite modern and liked that the second floor had a common area with couches and a kitchen counter. We were a family of 7 (all adults, no kids) so we would hang out there and enjoy our Familymart ice cream after dinner - this made up for the small rooms!

Rooms were quite small but this is normal for Japan. No closet and barely any drawers, we had to take turns opening our suitcases but we made it work. Rooms were a bit dark and could use more lighting.

Centrally located hotel in Ginza and shopping is super convenient (with all kinds of brands). It is literally a few steps away. Plus, family mart is next door if you need to buy water. The bathroom is super clean. I travel a lot and I have stayed at many different hotels. I shall always remember this hotel because of the kindness of one of the staff members by the name of Kobayashi. She is professional and yet so caring. We had a little mishap at the subway on the way back to the hotel. Kobayashi helped us a great deal by identifying a hospital with a doctor who can speak English, calling a taxi for us to get there, writing a note in Japanese so the receptionist would know why we were there, etc. We do not speak a word of Japanese and Google translate can only assist to a certain extent. Many, many thanks to Kobayashi and we will surely stay at the same hotel (because of Kobayashi) when we are back in Tokyo again.

The view from my room is no view at all.

Very comfortable room in a great location.

Very annoying that they won't let you in the room 1 second before check in time, even if the room is ready. There is no reason for this.
