The room was spacious and elegantly furnished, offering a stunning view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's location was ideal, right in the heart of Tokyo, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet was exquisite, with a wide variety of both local and international options.

While the room was comfortable, I found the bed too firm. The check-in process was slow and could be more streamlined. I expected a wider range of amenities in such a premium hotel.

Great location. The room was comfortable and pretty quiet and spacious. All of the staff I encounter could speak English pretty well. (No offense) Shopping district is nearby. And lastly there is a train station beneath the hotel.

Knowing Tokyo Japan especially nearby Ginza, everything is quite expensive. If you want to stay pretty comfortable plus everything is near and budget is not a question, Peninsula Tokyo is the answer.

Amongst the frenetic pace & human sea of Tokyo, we found an oasis of calm & tranquility. Our room was magnificent, the view breathtaking & the amenities first class. The spa retreat, indoor pool & gym are divine. The restaurants are amongst Tokyo’s best (more about that soon) & staff in every single department are amazing. Every detail has been covered. I particularly love the private entrance from the subway! You gave us a luxurious space to revive our weary bodies & regroup for the next journey, exceeding our expectations at every opportunity. The Peninsula brand is strong here & we look forward to returning soon.

There is nothing to dislike. Everything is perfect.

The hotel staff were very nice and kind. Room was clean and spacious.

It was our first visit to Tokyo and was looking for a great place to stay with a nice view. Peninsula Tokyo was famous for the palace garden view which is more pricy compared to the other hotels but we thought it was worth it and decided to book a grand premier king room with a garden view. To be honest, I was a little disappointed that there was a construction going on right infront of the window which was blocking the garden view. We had to pay extra charge to move our room with a better view.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Ginza shopping area, Imperial Palace East Garden. Beautiful property to look at from outside and inside. Also “Biccamera” is in 3 min walk, if you need to purchase Japan SIM (data sim) for the use in city tour. Hotel has excellent WiFi.

If you need anything other than bath salt, better bring your own. One night I really felt like taking a lavender bath.

The property is beautiful. Soon will need an upgrade as some things are old fashioned. I personally didn’t like the breakfast set up …
