Though the hotel is not located in tourist hotspot, but it’s convenient to access to nearby subway (just 3 mins walk to nearest station) , especially with Asakusa line at Takaracho station where I could take subway to both HND and NRT airport.

Excellent location, simple room with everything you need.

A bit small. Dark colour furniture makes it even smaller

Very close to subway stations to go everywhere, especially to and from Haneda airport. Having open air natural hot spring available at night and in the morning is great plus.

The rooms are a little bigger than some in Central Tokyo. It’s an easy walk to Tokyo station with wheeled luggage. There are a couple of convenience stores within 5 minute walk that have a large selection of food and the rooms have a small table and chairs to eat & drink at. It is very difficult to eat on the go in Japan so we found this convenient for eating faster food.

Breakfast is a bit expensive but we just went to the convenience store without a problem. They sold cooked eggs, juice, coffee, fruit, ham and egg wraps, breads, buns and many other suitable breakfast foods.

Great hotel, very comfortable and full of amenities. Depending on the time of day, there's free coffee, beer or rice. Even the hot bath had free popsicles. And what a blessing the bath was! Perfect for taking away all the tiredness after a long day of activity. Breakfast was charged separately, but it was a fair price for everything offered, between western and eastern dishes. It was the same every day, though. Staff was courteous and helpful. Location was good, too - a few train stations close by take you anywhere, and if you're too tired to carry your luggage, it's a short taxi ride to/from Tokyo Station.

The immediate neighborhood was rather empty, and there weren't obvious dinner options close by. We had to rely on convenience store food when we got to the hotel at night. We were offered an option to order pizza from the bedroom tablet, but you had to provide the delivery address (in Japanese?). Why doesn't it come preconfigured with the hotel address?

Staff was friendly and accommodating and provided waters while we waited to check-in. They had free fruits in the room--apparently it was their grand opening the day before! So everything was nice and clean.

I last minute booked on the same day of my stay due to a typhoon altering my itinerary---the bullet train was down for the day. Everyone in Tokyo had the same idea so I had to wait to check-in for over 2 hours which was the only downside. There are also 2 Ibiza hotels, so I had to take another taxi to get to the right hotel so beware you have the right destination to tell your taxi driver before you go.

Signing up for Accor membership that allow access to drink bar was a perk. The devices in the room was amazing & the access to the onsen was a bonus.

Nothing much as this was a sleepover stop to catch my flight out the next morning.

Location was perfect, close to several metro stations and key shopping areas.

Breakfast choice is quite poor. Non opening windows (there was not enough fresh air in the room and no chance to open the windows)

The space of the twin room with queen size beds is big. The bed is comfortable. And the spa on the roof is excellent!

10 min. to the underground station is kind of far.
