Tamachi station is close to a lot of local residents. It's not a touristy area and that's also why I feel safer here. If you don't mind taking the metro (like 10 - 20 mins) to go sightseeing, this place is really perfect. The room was big and so was the toilet. It's not easy to find a big bathroom with this price in Japan. Their morning buffet is also pretty standard, it's similar to a mini version of the food they provide in hotels in America or England--Western food, with some Japanese cuisine and dessert. Also, their staff speaks English. p.s. If you are a coffee addict, you could go to passage coffee shop which is around 10 mins walk from the hotel. You get a nice view of tokyo tower as you walk towards the shop.

Near Tamachi station, have a beautiful neighbourhood . You can sit and relax in the riverside near here. The best amenity ever, the provide all skincare you need from facial wash to moisturizing cream, and it goes well for my dry and sensitif skin. A lot of convenience store around it. The best in my journey

The hotel is a short walk from both Tamachi station and Mita station, making it easy to commute across Tokyo. There are also lots of convenience stores, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Compared to other hotels in the city, the room (including the bathroom) was a good size and all the on-site facilities were well maintained and clean. Check-in and check-out was via a self-service machine, but from our brief interactions with the staff they all seemed polite and professional.

The hotel met my requested for giving me high and quiet room. It was cleanliness and facility modern. There are many different restaurents and shops around the property. It is convenience to buy things. Only a little bit far for walking to the train station.

Hotel is more premium than we expect, considering the price, the location (in Tamachi, as part of Minato-ku), and all hotel interior and facility and setting. Exceeding our expectation. We like our stay in Tamachi, Minato-ku, many sight seeing around this area. Very convenient as in center of Tokyo, at least three convenient stores outside the hotel on the same street, and many more restaurants, and coffee shops around. This area also have many office buildings, and very convenient to go to Haneda Airport (reason why we choose). Hotel itself, very friendly to travelers, clean and good services. Inside room, not very big, we say fair, as you are in such premium area. All functions are well designed, all good.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Which was great for our stay in Tokio. I think is a standard for similar hotel chains in Japan.

The location. It is located in a residential / business area. It’s not a bad area with plenty of convenient stores and a near by supermarket but if you come for holidays and it’s your first time in Japan, I wouldn’t recommend to stay here. It’s 8 min walking from tamachi train/metro station that is in the yamanote line (which is great for connections) but it’s 30 to 45 min commute by train to any touristic area, which is not that convenient in case you just want to walk around and get lost in the area as you won’t find anything interesting.

The property was very well maintained and clean. Rooms were spacious, bathroom was separate from the toilet, and the tub was large. I didn’t use the restaurant in the building but the hotel was located near multiple convenience stores and eateries, as well as the MSB Tower and Tamachi station so there were many food options as well as a supermarket.

Guests can put up a sign to request daily room cleaning or to opt out, and the cleaning staff will leave towels, trash bags, tea, and a water bottle in a bag on the door for you. While it is thoughtful and convenient, I think there should be a third option to opt out of the towels, since it felt particularly wasteful to get new towels every day when not needed. The washing machines could also be upgraded with an IC payment option as well.

Located very close to Tamachi station / Mita station, about an 8 min walk and from those stations you can easily get to any place in the city within a short time. Most staff speaks at least a bit of english / enough to understand each other, you have anything in this hotel to just relax and sleep there so you can explore the city the next day. Nice and quiet plus plenty of amenities.

You have to be a bit lucky with the view. We were and could see the Tokyo tower, but the hotel is simply a place to comfortably sleep. We didn't choose the hotel for the view but accessibility to the rest of the city.

Very conveniently located close to a metro station with good connections. Everything was clean and looked well-maintained, lots of complimentary supplies including bath salt and skin care products. Nice view of the canal from our room, the room itself was very comfortable. It's not the most popular neighbourhood among tourists but I liked it. There are good restaurants nearby - I highly recommend 芝の浦 which apparently translates to Shibanoura. We walked to the rainbow bridge in the evening and the views there are amazing. We stayed here during our last two days and it was very convenient as it's only 30 minutes to Haneda airport by metro.

I left a neutral score for the staff but that's because we barely interacted with them as it was self check-in, which was not a problem at all.

This was my 2nd stay here during the same trip, and it felt like coming home. I really enjoyed my stay here in one of the most spacious business hotel rooms i've seen in this price range. The spacious bathroom also added to how relaxing the whole stay was. The hotel also had an excellent location, 5 minutes walk from 2 different stations, surrounded by several convenience stores, but in a relatively quiet street. Very quiet at night and I could sleep in peace. I picked this location as it had direct access to both Narita and Haneda airports, and was closer to Yokohama where I needed to go for several days. The seamless self-check in was also so easy. I would definitely stay here again!

The bed was really hard. Also personally did not like the gown-type pyjamas that was prone to falling open, as well as the fact that you had to take it from a common pyjama shelf in the corridor - with bed bugs on the rise this seems like a prime method to spread them. The days I wanted to sleep in a bit later I had no choice but to pass on the room cleaning as the deadline was 10am. Also when I first checked in, there was leftover hair in the bathtub.
