Clean and comfortable. Great bed. Good sized fridge. Deep bath & powerful shower. The bath salts were a wonderful touch!

On my last day the door was opened by staff & another person (I assume due to some mistake) while I was inside - no knocking so took me by surprise. No explanation. They quickly left but it felt unsettling as a single female traveller.

We had a tiny but very clean room. The bed was comfy. There’s a coin laundry on the ground floor, a nice alternative to expensive laundry service. Loved the location - JR Tamachi station is just in 7 mins walk, conbinis and a pharmacy nearby. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Also the hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They received our JR passes prior to our check-in, and later on getting our Amazon parcel shipped there was not a problem either.

Our room was 11 m2 which I didn’t realise was bot enough for two people. The room was so narrow I couldn’t even open my suitcase fully. But that was a minor inconvenience as we were out and about all day long anyway. Also, couple of times room service gave us stained towels and the pajamas weren’t so white.

Location! Near alot of convenience stores, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. Peaceful area close to tamachi JR and mita station. Toei Asakusa line gets you to both haneda and narita airport with their limited express service which stops at mita too. From this location, it's about the same travel time vs narita express from shinagawa. Room also had a kettle which was useful for boiling water for cup noodles and cup miso soups 😃. There was a mini fridge too which was useful. Loads of toiletries to take from the lobby. The facial cream works wonders in the dry winter air.

Room was quity cramp, then again, norm for major japanese cities. Table was small.

5 minute walk from train station with a mall full of English friendly stores. Also a convenience store just outside the building with two more around the block. The hotel was cheap and had a coin laundry on site. There were also no touts anywhere around the location as it was located near a elementary school so the security of the location going home at night was great as even children were walking 10 pm at night without a worry even though the hotel was in an alleyway.

I thought the rooms were really big compared to the average 3 star hotel in tokyo and you can store luggage under the bed making more room even for a single room. But I thought the beds were rock hard and the chair provided had a back that was so small you could fall over backward if you leaned back too hard. The thermostat only went down to 20 c instead of 18 c like other hotels.

The location was good. There were two closest stations--Tamachi and Mita. You can go from the Haneda Airport to Mita Station without any transfer. The best thing was the station has elevators. In addition to many minimarts in the area, there was also a supermarket, where you can buy fresh fruit and whatnot. The hotel had all kinds of toiletries available for free plus a nice set of a sleep shirt and pants.

The hotel should have promoted that they provided a nice set of sleepwear each day and given details of what toiletries they had (which include facial masks, sunscreen lotion, facial wash, etc.), I could have saved some precious space in my baggage!

The hotel was very good. It’s clean and close to tamachi and mita station and there are a lot of convenience stores around the hotel. The staff are nice and tried their best to accommodate and communicate with us even though they spoke little English (but don’t worry they have a translation device).

This is my first time visiting japan so I didn’t really know what to expect but room was smaller than we thought. I shared a room with my sister thinking it would be big enough since i booked a double room but honestly I think it fits only one person. My friend who travelled with us but booked a single room and it was the same size as ours but was fine though since she had the room all for herself.

The front desk people were all very polite and helpful. When I asked where I can buy reasonably priced suits, the person I talked to called me back within an hour, and handed me a printed out map with details on where to find it. They have nice amenities, and great wi-fi. There are also two vending machines, two laundry machines, and two microwaves all in the same room on the first floor. They also allowed people to have items delivered (i.e. Amazon), which was nice because there are things you can only buy in Japan. But I’d ask the front desk receptionist to make sure.

Since my room was in the annexed building, and not the main one, it was smaller than I thought. Some corners and surfaces of the room were still dusty after cleanups, and the room service person woke me up around 8:45am when the cleaning is only during 10:00am-2:00pm. When I asked the front desk person for clarification about the time frame, she told me the housekeeper was not supposed to start cleaning that early, and apologized. I also noticed that the blanket(?) that goes underneath the big blanket disappeared during the last few cleanups, so maybe the housekeeper just took it?

The room was compact but cozy and clean. Japanese style bidet toilet and small deep bath, nice shampoo/conditioner. Good air con. Grab your small necessities like toothpaste, bath salts, coffee etc etc. in the lobby as you go in. Easy walk to Tamachi Station. Convenience store right next door to the left as you go out. Fab supermarket at Tamachi Station ground floor, beautiful ready to eat packed meals, drinks, and snacks galore. We borrowed umbrellas from reception as we were there for the unusual drop of snow. Streets were cleared quickly, and the sun soon came out again. The breakfast included was very good, juice, coffee, tea etc, breads + condiments, a selection of I believe Chinese style dishes, slight varience each day, soup, rice porridge, steamed dumplings, almond blancmange dessert. Overall, very happy with everything.

Everything was very good.

Excellent location: close to the Yamanote line for ease of travel around the city, only a couple of stops away from Tokyo Station, and with a selection of convenience stores only a few minutes' walk away in any direction. Tea and coffee making facilities were available (kettle and mugs in the room, with a variety of tea/coffee, sugar and creamer available in reception). Pyjamas were provided, together with slippers and a variety of toiletries (some in the room, others again available at reception).

Rooms were slightly small, so not much space for luggage - although under bed storage was possible.

Very good location near the JR Tamachi station from which you can get to all important pars of Tokyo. Nice and clean rooms with wide range of amenities avaible. Large ammount of convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel. Hotel staff was always helpfull and had good proficiency in speaking english. Although I tried speaking japanese for the most part, when the topic was too complicated and I had to speak english they didn't had any real problems with understanding what I was saying. If you need to wash your clothes there is coin washing machinne, or you can deliver your clothes to hotel staff and get them washed, ironed and delivered on the same day. I would give 9,5 rating if it was possible.

The room was a little bit inefficient when it comes to spacing. I was in 15m2 room but in other hotel rooms which were also 15m2 or even 13m2 it felt like I had much more space avaible. Getting your clothes washed and ironed was very convenient especially on long trips, but it was relatively expensive.
