The hotel is so convenient as it's slap bang next door to Sengakuji train station and also Takanawa Gateway, so you had direct access to Haneda airport and the city centre plus the surrounding area. The hotel spa is actually amazing! They have showering facilities in the spa which were very convenient. To my surprise the beds are extremely comfy! The rooms aren't a bad size either, they're not massive, but I was happy in mine for the 6 nights I stayed. I highly recommend this hotel in all honesty! The reception team were very kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

My only gripes are that some of the rooms you can smoke in, so for my trip there were only smoking rooms left over, and unfortunately my room was a bit smelly and it took a few nights to disperse. Just be wary about tattoos and the spa. They have a no tattoo policy in the spa, BUT they do offer free plasters in the reception which is very handy.

Huge hotel but tiny rooms as usual in tokyo. The hotel had breakfast (we didn’t take it, no fan of japanase breakfast), a wonderful view from the terrace, a japanase style public bathroom included (excellent experience after cold rainy days). It also had coin-laundry machines and hand free service available in the reception.

Nothing, I really liked it. Just keep in mind that APAs are across all tokyo, so maybe this one hasn't the best location for common tourists. But just around the corner, there was a metro station and 500 meters a JR station.

Ensuite bathroom was well stocked and comfortable to use. Hot water supply was great and the taps were all great. My flighted landed late at night and after the stress of making the last train and walking in the rain for 15 mins from Shinagawa Station, it was such a relief to arrive to a clean and comfortable room with a hot shower. Staff were also welcoming despite my (probably) shabby appearance. I was expecting the pillows to be thin and miserable based off previous reviews, but they were great. There were two types of pillows provided: one made by feathers with soft and hard sides, and another more shaped for the head. Bed was also pretty large and comfortable. The air conditioning was easy to control. TV was a great plus, as it was huge and perfectly placed for watching on the bed. If you're not satisfied with the programmes provided, you can also mirror the screen from your own device. Desk provided was large enough for all my skincare and makeup plus more. Location is great because it is right next to Sengakuji Station (A2 entrance), 10 minutes away from Takanawa Gateway, 15 minutes away from Shinagawa Station. There are also a few convenience stores located 5-10 minutes walk away. My main concern was getting to and from Yokohama, as well as Haneda Airport, which were both available on the Keikyu line available at Sengakuji and Shinagawa Stations. Checkout was efficient and convenient. I also really loved the convenience of the luggage storage system. Check out is at 10am, but my returning flight was at 11pm, so I really appreciated being able to store my two luggage bags while I continued to explore the city. There is an online form that can be filled out to register your luggage and time of collection. The website will issue a QR code which the staff can scan when you return to collect. The hotel breakfast was buffet style and the staff were very welcoming. Quite satisfied with the choice of foods available. The view from the windows were great.

I was a little confused about the cleaning system. My stay was 4 nights and the cleaning card said that cleaning will only be done on the 3rd day unless specified by the guest through attaching the magnetic cleaning card on the door. However, there was no cleaning service on the 3rd day of my stay except for the usual supply of new towels by the door. Unsure if there was a specific time by which I needed to be out of my hotel room for staff to perform cleaning. I was checking out the next day anyway, so wasn't too concerned. Room was a little small but it was manageable. Would not recommend for long stays or if you have lots of luggage. I managed with one medium-sized and one cabin-sized luggage. All in all though, it was a really comfortable stay that was worth the money.

We really like the ample array of breakfast foods and are always happy with the choices. Even if we stay for a week, we can vary our menu daily. We also like the eco-friendly aspect of not having daily cleaning and just replacing the towels and amenities. i think that is a great idea. We also like the size of the TV as the screen is huge and easy to see.

We wish that the hotel would store luggage for us for a day or two if we plan to return to the same hotel after making a short trip elsewhere. That would make it perfect for frequent travelers like us.

The top floor indoor/outdoor onsen was a bonus amenity I didn't expect the hotel to have. The building seemed to have natural ventilation with an empty space through the building vertically in the middle. Location was great and had very easy access to Narita Airport. Check in was smooth and was 24 hours. The staff was friendly and courteous. Staff was readily available to help if guests need help with check in or luggage.

Check-in lacked human touch and interaction. There was hair in my room from prior guests.

The room which is a little bit tidy. However, it’s very comfortable and have all.

I stayed there 5 nights all together. Yet at the very last moment after the checkout 9/26/2023, I noticed I’ve forgotten my iPhone charger in the bedside electric outlet. I asked one of the receptionists about it when I came back for my baggage about 5 hours later. They said they couldn’t find it. Surely I was using it almost the last minuets of the checkout time at 10. At the final moment of my stay I was disappointed to know there is “one dishonest employee” (could be a housekeeper). That’s the only one disappointed of this popular Hotel.

The property was close to the train stations, but that’s about it. It’s right across from a large construction project, although noise from that wasn’t a problem at all. The room was very small and tight, and mostly clean, but the cleanliness didn’t fully impress me. The washroom was older, yet served it’s purpose. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in. It’s not an area where you can just pop outside and have a lot to do and see. I had to take a local train to get to other neighborhoods that had more restaurants, shops, and sights to see.

Not as clean as I would have preferred.

A simple but functional room, as a great starting point for exploring Tokyo. Conveniently located one subway stop from Shinagawa station, which makes it a good place to stop for a night coming from the airport.

Don't make the same mistake I did and think this was in front of Shinagawa station. It's actually in front of the subway station - Senkakuji station. You can get between the two stations with a 5 minute train ride, however I didn't realize this after a 15 hour travel day, and therefore ended up walking the 20 minutes between stations!

this hotel is ideally located if you need somewhere close to a station with easy access for Haneda airport. The lift to the station is around the corner. Good clean room. Very small but well designed with all necessities and good for the one night I needed.

I booked this hotel for easy airport train access as i had an early flight to catch. I imagine others may book it for the same reason. I had breakfast included in my price but could not access this as I had to leave at 5.45am. I'd say if they could commence breakfast service earlier than 6.30am for those with early flights or even offer something the night before (ie simply a croissant or similar) that would be very helpful.
