Location was away from busy main street where piece of quietness was available. Hotel floor and entrance to the front desk needed to be accessed through elevator, where it made me feel a bit more secure about the hotel location. Room felt smaller than what I'm used to in the US, but large enough for 2 people to comfortably spend time in. Front desk was manned 24 hours, and staffs went far and beyond to help me. Thank you for your help in searching good dinner places near by!

It was somewhat of a walk from the train station and will be tiresome if you are travelling with luggage. The room feels bit small for the price, but cleanliness compensates (in my opinion) the negative.

Good location and just about 10 to 15 mins or less walk from Okachimachi Station and similarly to Ueno Keisei Train Station. Hence if you are taking train to Narita this hotel is pretty accessible to the station. Surrounding area within vicinity of hotel offers plentiful of foods and other offerings. Easy access to Ueno Station as well as to the street where shoppings are abundance. Of the 3 locations we stayed in this hotel chain, this is the one we like least. The rooms set up makes it even much smaller. Good thing we didn't have many luggages with us, as we sent ahead to the airport from previous location. But staffs, just like their other sites, are all helpful and friendly.

Since the reception is located on 2nd floor, upon arriving at the reception floor, there aren't much space to move about. A wee bit pricey comparatively.

The location was perfect, we traveled around a lot so being next to a subway/metro line was convenient. The amenities were great too, we picked up coffee for the next morning. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they have an English check-in screen if you need it. Our room was a little small but we didn't have luggage so it worked well for us. The water was really fresh too, we would stay here again! Thank you!

The rooms are a little small but if you are solo or couple, or don't have a lot of luggage than it is good size. I think there are larger rooms available but we didn't need them.

This a great deal in terms of quality/price. The hotel is very well located; there are plenty of restaurants and bars and it's around 10 minutes walking from Akihabara or Ueno and super close to the station also. Asakusa and the Tokyo Sky Tree are also pretty close, you can walk (around 30 mins) or take the underground and be there in 10 minutes. I really recommend this place if you are alone and you're looking for a place to stay without luxury.

The bathtub is kind of small. I'm not really tall, but I couldn't totally fit like in some other hotel were the bathtub has the normal size. Apart from that, I think everything was fine.

The location is near many train stations. you can conveniently get to anywhere in Tokyo from the hotel. The staff at the front was nice and full of service mind. I asked a staff to issue a company invoice, he managed to provide it quite fast and delivered it to the room. The bathroom was well-cleaned. The room was tiny but I didn't struggle to open the luggage. It's also near Ueno park. good to take a walk.

You could hear pedestrian crossing sound at night. Also, it's in the middle of nightlife area, you'll see lots of drunk guys and get called by some "ladies" on the street. The check-in counter is a machine. It was a bit confusing. There was little stain on bedsheet.

Everything in this hotel was great - room, cleanliness, staff, services, etc. Especially I liked the laundry room with vending machines. To my luck, I did not have to do anything else, just to put my laundry into the washing machine, select wash+dry, pay 500 yen in 100-yen coins, and the machine added the detergent automatically. Perfect service. I loved the pajamas supplied in the room. Very comfortable. There is nothing I can complain about. Check-in + check-out can be done as self service, very easy and convenient. If you have any problem, there is always helpful staff at the desk. The location near to Ueno Park is great. I would definitely come back again!

Close to train station, Ueno Hirokoji and just walking distance to Ueno Okachimachi, Ueno and Skyliner. Close to Ameyoko Street where you can find lots of restaurants and groceries.

The staff were sometimes a bit unhelpful, not all though. There was this Japanese guy staff who wasn’t that accommodating when we sought assistance for the AC and the air purifier on the room.

The hotel is located near to many different subway stations. it is very convenient to get around Tokyo with the Yamanote, Ginza and Hibiya lines. It is also a short walking distance from the Ueno Skyliner station so it was easy to get to and from Narita Airport. The room, although small, was very clean and cozy. The bed and pillows were comfortable to sleep on as well. The check in and out processes were smooth too.

It would have been perfect if it was just a little bit bigger so that we can have our luggage opened up fully.

The best thing about the hotel is its location. It’s very close to train stations which allowed us freedom to explode the city. There’s also a lot of convenience stores and restaurants within the area so you’ll never be hungry :) staff were extremely polite, courteous and helpful- literally going above and beyond to make guests comfortable.

The rooms are really small so may not be good for a family.
