What a hotel! Loved every day we spent here. Staff, location, and the service we received was amazing! Tip: Book the club room if you are staying for more than 3 nights. You will get a free car drop off to one location, of your choice within 10kms from the hotel, each day of your stay..!

Breakfast could be made better. We stayed for 3 nights and had the same breakfast buffet each day! Every item was same every day.

Bathroom was clean and modern, with great view, including glimpses of distant Mt. Fuji. Lobby area is very impressive. Good in-room dining. Great views of Tokyo Tower from throughout the property. Room overall well-appointed and reasonably clean and well-maintained.

Some parts of the room were starting to look a bit dated; room lacked views of Tokyo Tower. Bar at the top of the hotel was difficult to get into (without wait). Not too many attractions in immediate vicinity; usually a bit of a walk or train ride. Nearest train station was a bit of a walk, and not a major station.

Elegant room (even the elevator), amazing view at the restaurant on the top roof, and the great breakfasts offering. you can always rely on the staff there, who are friendly, supportive and attentive to your needs all the time.

Too many people love the buffet breakfast. You will never get a seat immediately if you would not be the first group of guests in the morning. so everyday in the morning, the first thing for me was to go to the top floor and put myself on the waiting list, then returned to my room to wait for the call from the restaurant while refreshing myself.

It is a very nicely designed hotel inside and out. Very helpful concierge service that is priceless in a city where very few people speak even basic English. But they generally go above and beyond to help you. The hotel has many excellent restaurants, including a fantastic yakitori place in the basement. The view is amazing from the rooms as well.

The location is a bit out of everything, and there is some traffic noise because an expressway is nearby. The property needs to better explain things in English in the room as it is a little confusing where is what, and not everything is appropriately explained. Many of the staff don't speak very good English, but this is generally an issue in Japan. However, the people at the concierge speak very good English.

The hotel is located very conveniently. It is very clean, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. A smooth check-in and check out process with no lines despite a rush hour. The staff is very helpful. Taxis are always available at the hotel. The hotel is a bit south to the Tokyo center, and this is very convenient for coming from Haneda.

From a description I deducted that the is a fitness, a Japanese hot spring bath and a swimming pool are at the hotel, but indeed thy are quite away from the hotel, one need to go a few hundred meters, passing a local conference center.

Great park like surrounds adjacent to shrine and Tokyo Tower. Stayed in garden view room with two children together. They loved the traditional room as their bedroom, whilst I loved the Western style bed in our bedroom. Two toilets were handy to have as well. Will stay here again for sure. Restaurant range was great. Didn't have a chance to use onsen, but it looked good.

The corner room is nice, very clean, and quiet. Decor is nice even although the hotel is quite old. The view at breakfast place is awesome as you get amazing view of Tokyo tower. Staff English is acceptable but sometimes it’s difficult to communicate.

Wifi is slow and is a problem. Also location wise, as I become familiar with Tokyo now, should have stayed at Ginza or Shinjuku which is much more convenient than Tokyo Tower. Theres nothing around the hotel, and after 10pm the nearest convenience store is like 6-7 mins away and no restaurants nearby.

Amazing views and comfort, so many shops to dine in the basement and bonus the Lawson convenience store at B2! Use the spa and the bowling at B2 - both recommended! Very comfortable room, even a big desk with spectacular view of the tower and bonus the magnificent city / tower view from the bar and restaurant on the 33rd floor. You get a big closet and many drawers. Even cable to charge your phone/ipad/laptop etc.

There was nothing to dislike from this hotel, just 2-3Km away from GINZA! Always taxi available outside the hotel. Even taxis were waiting when we had to check out at 6am due to early return flight. About ¥9000 taxi from Haneda on busy day it may take an hour (usually 1/2 hour trip on average) but return trip due to being 6:00 am no traffic and we were at Haneda within 20mins and only cost us ¥7000! Best to visit Tokyo Autumn and Spring.

Interiors and size of the room !

Very far from Ginza , we spend for taxi in 6 days sooo much ! Very overpriced Hotel ! Lobby cafe open 10 am , no chance to drink morning coffe if you don’t like to have breakfast ! What shocked us that … we would like to check out on 14 february instead of 16 february… reception told me that because of debit card the only way to refund 2 nights is to pay one more time for stay and first payment will be refund later , maybe after 1 month , depends of company that reception say 🙈 first time I hear like this

Stunning city views. I loved watching the sun rise and set from the panoramic windows. The bathroom was beautiful; I especially enjoyed the jetted tub with a view.

I booked a Panoramic Corner King Tokyo Tower View room, but could only see Tokyo Tower from the far side of the room. It was not the corner they advertised in images, but the other side of the hotel. Stunning view, but not the one I was paying to see. The room also appeared very worn - trim banged up, walls scuffed and splattered. Location a bit far from action.
