I was happy with my stay in this hotel. The room was a bit worn, but clean. The breakfast was delicuous with a very large selection. My room had a good view on the Tokyo Tower.
The location is better suited for a business trip rather than for exploring Tokyo. The value for money was just right, I think it might be slightly overpriced for what you get.

We were traveling as a family and booked a suite to accommodate everyone. The room felt a bit dated but it was spacious - massive by Tokyo standards. The hotel has a bunch of restaurants of all different types, but we didn't have a chance to sample any of them. Ended up happily eating all kinds of interesting things from the Lawson's convenience store in the basement, which also came in clutch for diapers, toiletries, etc.
Strangely with all the restaurants on site they still don't provide room service. No fitness center either. It looked like some rooms have been updated but ours had not.

the location and view was good
when we checked in. we were early and couldn’t check in. they didn’t have services to carry your luggage to the room. you had to pick it up and bring it to the room yourself. when asked if we could get more complimentary water, we were told to buy it from the vending machine.

Easy access to both Narita and Haneda airports. We liked the buffet breakfast and the terrace restaurant next to Tokyo tower - a quiet and nice ambiance. There is a convenience store in the building. There are ample car parking for those staying at the hotel for just ¥1000 per day.
The bathroom is functional but bit dated. No cable TV channels available, such as CNN, international sports, etc.

Breakfast was amazing, the buffet breakfast every morning is definitely a highlight. Get the mushroom omelet! They have some good Western options. Cleanliness was very good, they take cleaning seriously which is nice. The location was awesome, close enough to train stations and restaurants, but an elderly person or injured person would find needing a taxi.. but it's only a short fare and there were always taxis waiting outside the hotel which was awesome. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, we didn't have an adapter and they loaned us two.
The air conditioning is very poor. it would be very uncomfortable staying in summer - the hotel is a warm hotel. We want to go back but we would definitely avoid summer - the air conditioning would not cope in extreme weather.

Hotel is set up in a park area with a big parking lot and a temple next to it, very quiet environment. We stayed in the 3-bed room, the 3rd bed is stowed under the second bed. With this bed stowed we had a nice seating area for coffee in the morning or a night cap in the evening. The beds were the most comfortable of all other hotels we slept in Japan. Bathroom fully eaquiped and of decent dimensions.Hotel is one of only a few in Tokyo that has a pool, and not a small one as well, didn't use it, but was available. Concierge very helpful with sending our heavy suitcase in advance to the airport with Yamoto. Can highly recommend this hotel.
Requested early check in (1400 in stead of 1500), on arrival at 1345 were told only check in after 1500, while waiting saw multiple other people checking in. On checking out ( after a 4 night stay) asked if a one hour late checkout (1200 in stead of 1100) was possible, was also turned down. A little disapointed about this, but would stay here again.

Large room, silent location near the temple. Excellent breakfast. Lift service perfect. Full of facilities as elegant shops and even a Lawson shop in the basement of the hotel
A bit far from the other touristic places of the Tokyo area as for example Akhiabara, Ginza, Roppongi and Shinguiku. Poor availability of vanity and personal hygienic tools (razor, shave creme …) and few towels in the bathroom . The hotel must cure this aspect to achieve a very high standard to justify the high price per night of the room

I like to stay in this hotel because there's a lot of open space around it, you don't feel oppressed by big buildings. I like to walk around the parks and the Zojoji temple next door + view on Tokyo tower is great! The area is also very quiet at night.
The pool wasn't open yet, it's a pity. They don't have streaming services on the TV. There's no USB plug available.

We had a spectacular view of Tokyo Tower right outside of our room. Zojoji Temple is just across the street. There’s a couple of parks just outside of Tokyo Tower—one called Momijidani and we were fortunate to see it in it’s fall glory.
Although we requested a quiet room, these rooms are not as sound proofed as other hotels. Our first night we did not sleep well due to being able to hear the tv from the next room until at least 2:00 a.m. There was also an intermittent pounding sound that went on till at least midnight. I think the sound was coming from up above but not sure. The subsequent nights were fine. Could still hear the tv from next door but it was much softer and got turned off early.
