I loved the location as there wasn’t much traffic, and close to a train station. I’ve been to Tokyo before so I know how overly packed some hotels get, but this location was perfect. The overall feel of the hotel felt relaxing, and could kick back after walking all day or riding busy subways. Overall I would recommend to anyone that wants a nice elegant stay. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The room was spacious and clean. Room service was very good and reasonably priced. The staff were accommodating. The amenities were great.

The lighting in the room wasn't enough. They also don't give you enough amenities for a bath. There is only 1 staff member answering the front desk, so if there were several rooms having issues at the same time, they won't pick up, and you would have to try calling again and again.

Delicious & value for money room service food! Convenient location 5 mins walk to 2 train stations. Comfortable stay & friendly staff. Able to help store our luggage for a night as we went for a weekend trip, and also for the day after check out.

Not much of a window view and room is a little small, but didn’t bother us much.

Room service was excellent. Also the tablet integrated in the room to manage guest requests and provide service details was very useful. Staff was helpful and housekeeping was professional (they even neatly organized our toiletries!)

Nothing in particular (would have been nice if there was laundry service as well but that is minor).

The hotel was very well located. The bed was very nice for sleeping and the bath-tup was just like paradise.

I would not go back there because of the fact that the windows are into a light well and so you have no chance to see the surrounding. Very strange!

Loved the room and the girl on check-in was brilliant. I was only here for 1 night passing through Tokyo and wanted to explore this area. It’s in a quiet street which I loved but close to some really amazing restaurants. Loved it. I’ll be back and I’ll be sending my family too.

The only thing that would make this hotel better is having a public bath (I knew that it didn’t have one but it’s the only thing that I can think of that I didn’t like).

Great location, comfortable bed, great value.

Hallways and the bathroom had a smell. I think the drains in the bathroom just need some baking soda and vinegar poured in the drain to clean them.

The food provided was excellent and plenty of it. Very handy to two stations. Good area.

Bed was hard. There is only steps from the front entrance which makes it hard with a suitcase.

It’s a artistic hotel. The room is quite big and comfortable. Walk 10min to station very convenient. And there’s a welcome drink for us. So friendly.
