The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, a Luxury Collection Hotel

The Hotel is excellent, the staff are very efficient and friendly, and I could get an early check-in with no problems. The only little downside for me (with a special diet) is the breakfast which is not served as a buffet but as ala cart menu. but even so, the food is perfect. The subway station is in the basement of the hotel and many restaurants are within 5 minutes of walking distance. The rooms are big, quiet, and spotless clean I fully recommend this hotel in Tokyo.

We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 PM and even though standard check in time is 3:00 PM, our room was prepared in 30 minutes and we were able to check in at 1:00 PM! As for the hotel itself, it is located in a very convienent location with 2 stations a few minutes away, the view at night is very beautiful from the room and the lounge and the room is pretty big for tokyo's hotel standard room size. There are plenty of supermarkets and restuarants in the hotel's building. I will definitly stay again in this hotel!

Excellent location, go check out the restaurants and bars nearby. The overall design of the hotel is top notch! It is everything you can expect from a high standard city hotel.

Breakfast is not so fantastic, quite limited. Better to just have a room without the breakfast and go to the coffee shop at the entrance. I think the control system for the curtains and lights is terrible, needlessly complicated. Very limited amount of water bottles offered in the room, that should not be when you pay so much money for a room.. a welcoming little snack in the room on arrival is also absent and should be standard if you ask me.

This is hands down, one of the best luxury hotels we have ever stayed in across the globe. Excellent quality of rooms, amazing amenities, the hotel smells amazing 24/7, and the list goes on. Within a 5 minute walking distance from the subway that connects you to the entire city. Killer views, high tech rooms and excellent automatic black out shades. We were so sad to leave but would highly recommend the hotel to all family and friends in a heartbeat!

Other than the area around the hotel being quite dead in the evenings, nothing! Excellent hotel.

The staff at Prince Gallery Tokyo Kiochio were amazing. From the moment my family and I arrived at the hotel, we were attended to constantly. My 10 year old daughter was a little nauseous because of the car ride from Haneda airport so arrived at the hotel and promptly got sick at the hotel entrance. Within seconds, she had four staff attending to her needs, giving her water, a cold towel, tissues and helping her to the nearest seating. It was magic. Such impressive service!

We had a superb experience from start to finish. We were travelling with two teenage children. The staff at this hotel could not do enough to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. So nice to have people who want to help. They facilitated an early check for us after a very long flight which was so welcome . We stayed in a club room and would highly recommend as you can use the Club Lounge . Overall an amazing experience. The Hotel is stunning , has an amazing bar along with fantastic views from all over the Hotel common areas and Hotel rooms.

Amazing views from our room. Connecting room option (which many hotels don’t have!). Friendly and helpful staff. Club lounge was great!

Not very welcoming to children - they weren’t allowed in the bar or swimming pool at all, and the club lounge after 4.30pm. We were out for most of the day and had a bath with a view so it wasn’t a problem, but I was glad I knew in advance otherwise they’d have been disappointed.

luxurious mini suite rooms, clean, with fantastic views of the city! The view my room happened to have was a view of the Imperial Palace grounds. beautiful lobby and restaurants in the hotel. Location wise used taxi to get to Shinjuku (25 min), Shibuya (26min), Tokyo Station (16min). lots of restaurants on the first floor and great bakery and coffee (City Bakery)

The only thing I didn't like was the price point. It was quite pricey compared to the value and level of service if you were to compare the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.

Loved our view and the window seat. The hotel bar and lobby were both beautiful and relaxing. Also, my husband and I used the gym everyday. The equipment was excellent and very clean. Hotel location next to two metro stations is also extremely convenient.

The only convenient way to get to airports and to Shinkasen with your luggage was by taxi which is quite costly. I was also a little surprised that the bath was not included in the room rate.

Clean, top quality high-end hotel. Amazing view (you don't even need to go up to the high buildings as the view from the room is very nice). Great service and everything was pretty muxh perfect.

The gym and spa were closed for a day or so, and I got to know that when I arrived. Feel it is not so fair for the guests who particularly wanted to use the facilities on that day.
