The place is great as we were looking for a bigger room for a family of three. Most hotel rooms in Japan only offer small rooms for two. Ideal for families / friends who travel in group. The room also contains amenties, such as fridge, TV, sink, which are always appreciated. There's a Family Mart very close by. A smaller supermarker right at the corner and another larger one within 5-10mins walk.

It's a bit of a walk from Akihabara Station (10-15mins). Please note that the hotel is not that close to Akihabara main area, which is on the other side of the station.

love the location, staff are really helpful, they called taxi and help with luggage storage even they can’t store all of them

a bit small for 5 of us,3 teenagers n 2 adults, with more than 5 luggages but we manage. Oh we have to carry our luggagge to the room on our room and there is no room service if stay less than 3 days.

Very convenient, had everything we needed as a home away from home for a family with a toddler. Very clean and spacious and all facilities worked well. Rooms were quiet despite being near the train line. The room had blackout blinds which was useful as we were jet lagged and sleeping odd hours. Could login to Netflix with our account About 7 mins walk from the main station and located near some good ramen eateries and a supermarket 1 min away

Would prefer a security card to tap into the elevator and room rather than the pin As an aside, and nothing to do with the hotel itself, I wouldn’t stay in Akihabara again with a young child. Generally it was very busy and touristy and not child friendly. We should have realised this before we booked but this is just a note to other parents of young travellers.

The location was great! We used Google Maps to locate the hotel, and it was a breeze. A 10-minute walk from Akihabara Station. With 4 luggages and 2 kids (12 and 10y.o) in tow, no problems encountered. Akihabara Station is only 2 stops away from Tokyo Station. The neighbourhood felt safe at night or even at 6am, when we checked out. Loads of nice restaurants, bars, cafes ( even a cat cafe). Akihabara is the place people from all over Tokyo go to for their good deals on electrical appliances. And it's tax-free for foreigners.

English instruction on the operations of the washing machine would have been great. Took a while to figure out how to use it.

This room was easily the biggest room we stayed in during our trip to Japan. The bathroom was very spacious with double sinks as well as separate cubicles for toilet and shower. The room also came with a washer dryer as well as a small pantry and a 6 seater dining table. The space included a traditional Japanese style tatami mat room as well as two TVs. The staff was extremely friendly as we booked last minute and very much obliging for any requests from our end. The property also had a lot of free amenities and we could hire certain items for free like a baggage weighing scale and a Nintendo switch. Even though the location was about 12 minute walk from the akihabara train station the neighbourhood had a lot of eating spots nearby as well as a convenience store within a 2 minute walk.

Nothing.

This apartment is good for a family of 4, or for 4 friends who can share 1 toilet and shower together. There is 2 beds, and a bunk bed - so it is sufficient for 4 people to stay. The room is all through the touch keypad, so no keys or cards needed. Fuss free! It is also a 5 to 10 minutes walk from all the train stations around (towards the all the 4 different directions you walk to)! Additionally, you can wash your clothes here! You don't have to bring too much clothes so you can shop more!

The room might be stuffy after a while, but you can air the room by opening the windows. Lights might be in your face if you are sleeping at the bunk bed area, with the kitchen just next to you too. But I think it is fine if you are able to choreograph your movement in the room.

The apartment is about 800m away from Akihabara Station but situated in a tranquil location, so you are close enough to all the eateries and shopping around Akihabara but far enough that it is peaceful, so much so that you don't realise how close you are to the busy shopping centre. There is a great bakery and a ramen shop with a long line of people waiting 30 minutes before it opens at 11 am (it closes at around 3 pm). There is a small supermarket to buy groceries (less than 100m) but a larger one less than 5 minutes away on foot. The room is excellent. It has everything one needs for self-catering. The toilet and bathroom facilities are fantastic, with a modern washing machine. Oh, the washing machine. The room came equipped with social media sensation Balmuda oven.

A home away from home for 9 days. Spacious room in a quiet neighbourhood but only a 5 mins walk to Akihabara station. Bed was big, mattress firm. Towels, toiletries, Noritake crockery, sponges, dishwashing liquid provided were good. Washing machine was actually not that noisy and the drying function works well with detergent provided.

Dust in a corner of the room. Crockery, cutleries not as clean. Overall the room is clean.

My family and I absolutely love this apartment from inside and outside, it was clean and welcoming. We stay in the Superior family room and it was very comfortable for 4 adults, can easily accommodate 6. It was very clean and has all the appliances you need, it is a home away from home. It was perfectly located from train station, shops and restaurant, just minutes way from everything. Staff were polite, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this apartment to everyone, especially family with kids. One of the best apartment we stay in Japan.

There was nothing we didn't like. Perfect 10 from us.
