The check-in was super easy. The staff speaks English and is very kind. The rooms are organized, clean, and comfortable. The bed has curtains for privacy, many power outlets, and individual light. The shared bathroom is clean and in a good number, so it doesn't get busy. There are many pubs and izakayas around and you can arrive late night.

Ask for a bed far from the bathroom. Some guests don't know how to stay in a shared bedroom and make too much noise using the bathroom during the night. The room lights are very bright during the night, should be dimmed. With the curtains closed, the bunk bed is a little bit hot to sleep. The bed ladder is dangerous.

The Hostel looked very stylish and clean. The Hostel is very close to Akihabara station too and very convenient to use the Chou line to get to the other side of the city and close to the subway systems to Asakusa and Skytree! The Staff are really nice too and knows plenty of English to help. Around 11am every day they would clean the capsules for new guest!

It is not the fault of the Hostel or workers but some of the guests can be very loud at night or in the morning talking very loud when people are still sleeping.

Very convenient location near Akihabara station with nice eating options nearby. Ta-Q-Bin luggage transport service is a few minutes' walk away as well. The double room was moderately clean, with a few stains near the bedding area but nothing extreme. Enough space to meander around 2 open luggage. The female washroom and shower cubicles were always clean throughout our 5-night stay here, and shower essentials are provided. Our room was slightly near the washrooms, but we did not experience any unpleasant smells. Sound level from the other guests was alright too. Overall a reasonable stay at a hostel.

Towels are chargeable. Luggage storage a few hours before check-in is chargeable as well. There's a short flight of stairs going up to the elevator, so heavy luggage might be a small problem (there is no ramp to assist with this). The elevator doors are impatient and close very quickly.

If Akihabara is your aim then this place is gold. A short walk away from all the main shopping district for electronics and anime related goods. The hostel has a modern feel to it and has a very comfortable common area. Locker space is limited and main place to put it them is just in front of your bed. Beds were comfy. Early/after bag storage requires a fee of 200yen as a heads up for those who require the service. For me it beat looking for a coin locker outside so was happy to oblige. Would stay again just because of how wonderful its location was.

- Washroom; toilets and shower have seen better days; it felt like whoever was cleaning the place had given up on doing it properly. Still usable and not yet gross but very messy.

Room and bed was big enough for 2 people, close to train station and multiple options nearby for eating out Communal living area was very comfortable Very clean toilet/showers

Very noisy with doors slamming from other guests in the night Aircon was stuck at 30 degrees heat, making room very hot Air purifier very noisy and projecting a lot of light Some rooms (301 & 401) are the designated rooms for fire escape No places to hang towels in room

Location was relatively close to Akihabara station and nearby landmarks! It was easy to check-in and the staff did an excellent job explaining how to get in and out (they had some form of lock system), and all the house rules.

This isn't necessarily the fault of the hostel, but since you're living in a shared space sometimes it can get a bit loud during the night as people get home at odd hours from the travels. In general though, people were respectful and if it bothers you then definitely book a private room.

The staff here have been absolutely amazing, every one of them made all of us feel welcome. Very chatty and friendly it made me and other guests feel right at home. Which in turn has helped me meet some awesome travellers as we would sit up having a laugh in the common room most nights. Also the location is perfect 1 minute to the station and shops, bed was like a cloud and the bathroom/shower facilities were great. Have already booked to go back

There wasn't anything.

The staff and common area was always welcoming, so it was nice coming back after a long day to lots of friendly faces. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating for different requests

Some people in the dorm area would set several alarms and ignore them. The smell in the dorms occasionally got pretty strong too

1.It's really good place to stay, close to the central tokyo. 2.near the public transportation such as Metro, JR. 3.they even have a tub in the bathbroom. damn. first seeing hostel haveing a tub!!!!

1.I think don't have enought space to stoage baggage at room. if someone arragne with theirs baggage. then the aisle will be difficult to walk. but with this price, and location I think these are accpetable.
