Reasonable size apartment with great shower facilities etc. We had a very comfortable stay.

We really struggled to access the property. We were given a code to access our room out of hours, but were not given a code to access the building. A local assisted with translation of a sign and explained the code was the last digits of our telephone number, but that did not work. The local contacted someone who, after a long telephone conversation, passed him the number but he would not tell us. We were able to enter, but then could not exit as we would have been stuck again. Eventually, after several long phone calls and assistance from a Japanese relative overseas, we gave up and emailed. We were then emailed a code. The moral of the story is make sure you get the code to enter the building and the room.

My friends and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here!!! It is an un-manned hotel which requires its guests to do self check-in but it is very secure! The room we chose had 4 single beds and was perfect for each person in our group. Simple but cozy enough for us to fall asleep on! There are a good amount of outlets around the room and near the bedside and the air-conditioning was perfect! The dining space is quite good and we liked that there is a drawer-style bin to dispose/sort your trash! It even came with extra trash bags!! For those who want to cook, there’s a dainty kitchen with an electric stove top but the room also has a microwave and hot pot for those who want to make a quick meal! The toilet is separated from the bathroom but the toilet had a little sink on top of it which is great so that multiple people can change/get ready for the day. The one thing that surprised me is that there was a washer in the bathroom!! Very convenient in case if you decide to wash your clothes. As for travel, we chose this location because we planned a trip for a concert in Tokyo! There is a subway line that can take you directly to the Ariake Prefecture which is where a couple of concert venues are situated! Perfect hotel for concert goers!

My only critique is that the hallway of the building is quite hot. It could just be due to the time me and friends decided stayed there (during early September) but we found ourselves a bit sweaty and moist getting back to our room or just standing in the elevator. I think a bit of air conditioning would go along way and make this property perfect but nonetheless, we still enjoyed our stay here!

We liked how clean the place was. The room was a great size, especially with 4 travelers. We enjoyed all of the space within the room, the dining room, kitchenette, and balcony. We appreciated the value for the money. They went over and beyond when we accidentally left an item in the hotel room and even helped us retrieve it.

Everything was great, and I had no problems. The only downside to be aware of is the size of the elevators. We needed several trips up and down the elevator to accommodate our luggage. It was also unmanned, so we would need to contact the staff through the booking app if we needed assistance.

It had enough space for a family of four with children. The big dining table was a nice touch. The place was clean and had modern facilities. They certainly don't expect you to cook a full course meal there, but they provided basic cutlery and plates so you can dish up a plate of pasta. They give you lots of towels. The location is really good. It's a short walk to Ooimachi which has access to JR, Tokyu and Rinkai lines. There's also the Keikyu line which has good access to Haneda but we never used it as it wasn't on our itinerary.

The room was big enough but it's essentially one room without partitions. It might be helpful if there were curtains around the bunk beds to cut off the lights. This would however also cut off the AC going there. It's set up like a model apartment, so it was missing little conveniences like places to hang towels/clothes when showering, dish drying basket, laundry drying rod on the terrace, shelves/drawers for clothes, etc. Plenty of hangers though. The drying function in the bathroom didn't work well. I looked at the air filter and it had compacted dust in it. Maybe a little maintenance is in order.

I like the room, small but suitable for us 4 family member. the neighborhood so calm and cozy. There s a bus stop one way to Shibuya left side of the hotel. if u wanna take train u have to talk to station about 10 minutes to Shimbaba Station to Shinagawa then you free to choose to other place as Yamanote line track way. Also u can find many kombini store, we shop at Rico and 7 11 everyday very convenience. just in front of the hotel u ll see the small shop selling fried chicken and its cheap ( I attach the picture)

feeling confuse to put our garbage, where should I put? there s no place to put outside, yes there is in the room but for us who stay for 6 days it cause many garbage :) On time check in as u write on the message

I enjoyed my stay immensely. The property is exceptionally clean and boasts a super modern aesthetic. The only minor inconvenience is the 800m walk to Oimachi station, especially if you have large luggage. However, the neighborhood is charming, making the distance less of an issue for us. What I found particularly delightful were the narrow alleys filled with cozy izakayas and delicious food options. Oimachi station is part of the Atre mall chain, featuring a fantastic bakery and a five-level haven of electronics and games just across from the mall. I highly recommend checking out James Zaka; it's truly exceptional.

Nothig to say.

June 2023

it’s located in a small quiet neighborhood with a convenience store around the corner, eight minute walk to a Oimachi station. A lot of food and restaurants within walking distance.

3 things: during our four night stay staffing, did not come once to clean out our trash or tidy up the room. When I was told that cleaning would be done every two days. Another thing was the laundry machine had a very disgusting smell like mold, so we were not able to use it. Lastly, on the property stairway, there are bags and bags and loads of either laundry or supplies making it really difficult for any guest to use the stairway. This could be a potential safety hazard.

It was very spacious with dining table and chairs, microwave, stove, washer and a bathroom dryer. Location is walkable from 2 stations with a lot of convenience stores nearby.

The non existent pillow. Please invest in pillows. It will make the experience perfect.

It was clean, and well managed. Location wise, nearby stations are within 10 min walking distance. Convenience stores are also nearby.

Nothing much other than it would be better to have more than 1 pillow per bed.
