Train station is very near, which is only 10m from the hotel. It is convenient especially if you have many luggage. Room is quite small which is very normal for budget hotel in Tokyo. Wake-up phone call (you set by yourself) is very secure in case your phone alarm doesn't work and you have to catch a flight. I stay for 2 times in this hotel. I think I have been upgraded to a slightly bigger room for my second stay. Thanks. The room is on the railway side at 5/F where it has little train noise, but it is ok because I was too tired.

The buffet breakfast is so-so (acceptable standard but no surprise). The dining area is kind of awkward in the very small hotel lobby. I didn't eat at all because there are plenty of good cafes/restaurant nearby. It is better to offer a booking option without breakfast (say discount 300 yen).

Hotel is right next to the station, but I didn't hear any train sounds, so it was good. In front of the hotel there are lots of establishments, restaurants and stores like Daiso, etc. The room was small like all business hotels but it was clean and well maintained. The room design is a bit dated but it was not a problem for me. Breakfast was also served buffet style. It was simple but filling.

Clean and convenient location next to the train station, and an awesome little sushi shop downstairs.

The beds were very hard

fantastic location. Like a part of the station. Breakfast was also fantastic.

The room is not so large. It was hard to open even the suite case. But no problem to sleep and rest.

The staff was very kind & friendly. The location is very good.

The hotel is not fully soundproofed so I didn’t have a good night’s sleep that day.

Location, konbini very close, train station, not far from tourist spots, a few good restaurants in local area.

It was difficult to shower without getting water in the entire bathroom as the shower curtain was underdimensioned

internet connection is slow , they also include religious books in the room , but not including Quran.

The bed was very hard, not soft.
