A nice business hotel near the Haneda airport. Despite being near the airport and the busy harbour, the sound cancellation is really good (as long as you keep the window closed.) Their amenities in the lobby are really nice, with a nice citrus smell for the body gel and facewash. The staff are efficient and friendly. Beds are comfortable.

It's a bit far from the city, but great for a day or two before a flight. They keep the heat turned up a bit too high which forces you to either open the window (loud outside) or turn on the air conditioner (loud and wasteful.) I wish they'd turn it down a bit. Their lobby could be more welcoming. There are no tables or comfortable chairs to wait. Just some waiting-room hard chairs on the outside edges and a giant empty space in the middle. It's not very comfortable and cheapens the hotel.

Excellent location as its halfway between Tokyo center and Haneda airport (ideal choice before/after a flight) Close to the metro station.

We visited as 2 friends for a tournament a week before Golden Week. - Location is really close to the train station - Rooms were well cleaned and organised - Front Desk was ready to speak in English or use a translator - Room was decently priced - Staff was very accommodating

The room was not big enough for 2 people. There is barely enough space to put your bags down if you more than 2 and the bed is in the corner where you need to push it out. If you are simply using it for sleeping its fine but if you have down time in the room it can be uncomfortable

Small double room compact but comfortable and very good value. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Very grateful to hotel for allowing us to leave luggage for 6 nights whilst we went travelling (other hotels would only store for 2 nights). Great views across the bay from our room. Good area for exploring the Odaibo area and easy transfer to Haneda via cheap limousine bus from opposite hotel. Metro station just opposite hotel.

Great hotel fairly close to Haneda but not so central for other areas of Tokyo.

The location was a little further out but it was easy enough to get to and from, and it was very close to the exit of Shinagawa Seaside station on the Rinkai line, only a couple of stops away from the Yamanote. The room was very clean, and had space for luggage to be out of the way. The view from the window across the water was actually really cool! The staff could not be more helpful, and allowed us to leave our luggage for a while after we had checked out.

No complaints about the hotel itself, but the road in front of it is a wind trap! On windy days, we nearly got blown into the road a few times.

The room was nice and clean as well as the interior of the hotel. There is a vending machine on each floor. The breakfast buffet was good and varied and the staff were nice and friendly. If I'm in Shinagawa again, I'll be happy to stay here.

When you enter the room, you need to insert the key card into a slot to turn on electricity for your room. So if you need to charge your power bank or anything else, you are out of luck. The public transport stop in front of the hotel isn't great. I'd recommend walking a few streets to the west for the Aomono-Yokochō stop as this one can get you to Shinagawa and from there, you can go almost anywhere in Tokyo (JR, Tokyo Metro)

The room which my husband and I stayed had a gorgeous view of the Tokyo Bay area! The dawn that we saw was simply so beautiful. We also chose a breakfast included plan, which we were really happy that we did. The buffet-style breakfast had all kinds of breakfast from Western to authentic Japanese. We would go back to this hotel even only for the breakfast!

The room had a strange smell when we first entered. Eventually, it faded away as A/C turned on. That smell was kind of challenging to explain, but something similar to sulfur.

There's plenty to say about Hearton Hotel! The customer service was excellent, the breakfast buffet was delicious and extremely well-priced, the facilities were very helpful (laundry, microwave etc.), the amenities in the room were plentiful, the beds and room were comfortable and the location was really very good with 25 minute access to Shibuya from the local metro line. Given where we were, the rooms were extremely quiet too! Overall, it was fantastic value for money. Would stay again!

Our only gripe about the room was its size as it was a little small (particularly as we had multiple cases) - but that's to be expected from Tokyo!

It's the perfect location! To be honest, it's cheaper to buy stuff around here than in Central Tokyo. There are many good food establishments. Plus, it's in a business district-- it's quiet, safe, and less crowded. It is also very near several train stations and walking to those stations doesn't take up that much time! Plus, their staff are so attentive and friendly. For customer service I'd give them 101% as a rating!!! They are always ready to assist you and housekeeping is superb. The view from our room is astonishingly nice... especially during the full moon!

Nothing. I love staying in this location and would definitely stay here if I will travel to Tokyo at any given time. It's also cooler here, since it's near the seaport compared to central Tokyo. It's also in front of many affordable stores and there's a park nearby that's so nice to stay at.
