The location of the hotel was appropo. It was right under the Shinagawa Seaside subway and it was easy to get to anywhere. Room was adequate, Carpet is aging but otherwise for the price it was good. Hotel has a coin operated laundry service, which is useful. Amenities are available outside just as you board the elevator to the rooms.

I tried the breakfast only once during and my stay and since I am a vegetarian there was not much to my liking. Cereals choices were minimal. No regular black tea (only Japanese/Ulong available). Boiled egg served cold. Secondly the hotel was unable to print a bill for the stay. They asked me to contact booking. So this was unusual

Relatively new hotel in a business district. Nearby shops for everyday goods available. Nice room, Hotel starts at floor 16 (reception) and ends up at floor 22. Rooms accessible only be elevator with room-card lock.

That booking.com is still after years not capable to implement in the application the possibility to shorten the stay (check-out earlier) and not to have to cancel the stay (booking is gone and you loose your selected room type) and to re-book the hotel!

Location is perfect. Only 2 minute walk from Aeon and Shinagawa Seaside Station. Plus there is Lawson on the 1st floor of the hotel. Parking is great also. The parking space is just basement of the hotel. You can access to parking space from the lobby directly. Staff is very helpful and can speak English fluently. I checked out at 11.00, but they let me leave my luggages as long as I want. In addition, I can see mount Fuji from my room which is 2201. Breakfast is very delicious.

1. The lobby is on 16th floor which can be a bit confused. 2. You need your room card to use with the elevator. Unfortunately, the hotel gave me only one card. My gf is in the room, so I need to wait for other guest to use elevator when I came down to buy food.

I love the staffs. They are all kind,happy to talk to and very hospitable. They are very helpful,too,in every DIY trip we had. Also, there are few Filipino workers around the area who will really help you every step of the way on your DIY trips. Japanese people are very kind and they will also one of the best people on earth. Definitely we will go back. Arigatou gozaimashi. 😇💖

Actually, I like everything except that the rooms doesn't have heaters (living room area) and that the carpet of the room is a little bit untidy. But the staffs who clean the rooms are very friendly and accountable so it made us easier to adapt and the hotel is very guest-friendly.

The room has the basic stuff that we need. The staff are very professional, respectful, helpful and courteous; from the moment we arrived the front office tried her best to help and understand us, the housekeeping staff also kind. The front office tried their level best to assist with our requests. Amenities and hot/cold water dispenser are placed at the Lobby. Available 24/7. 2 sets washer & dryer, ice machine and vending machine are available. Entrance to hotel, you have to take elevator to Level 16. From main road, look for glass door entrance to the building. Train stations are walking distance. 1) Shinagawa Seaside station is just 5mins walk. Entrance just infront of hotel building. Will bring you to most places in Tokyo. 2) Aomono-yokocho station is 15mins walk. This connect to Haneda International Airport and other places. It is quite a walk and not advisable if you are with medium or large-sized bags. Quite quiet area. Businesses/offices area. There are 7-eleven, Family Mart, drugstore and AEON at the ground level. Very convenient.

Just the room size, which is quite common in Japan with that prices. However we are able to open 1 large (28) and 1 medium (25) sized luggages.

The breakfast was partly international and part Japanese. So you could decide each morning what kind do you prefer that day. Everything was tasty and there were sufficient space.

The Loisir Hotel Shinagawa Seaside was a great place to stay. The locations was relatively easy to get to and hooked right onto the Rinkai rail line which made geting in to city loop and the greater city very easy! The view for the hotel was lovely with a panoramic view of the harbourside, which was quite prominent from my room and also the breakfast area, which features a great spread at very good value (I didnt prepurchase the breakfast but was able to add it daily if desired), there was also a convenience store located as the base of the tower which was super useful. The room was a decent size for a solo traveler (would wrok well as a couple too) and although the bathroom was small it head everything needed. There were even free toilitires avalible and towels were delivered daily!

There isn't too much that was a let down. The pillows were a little tough but that is more personal preference and Im sure if I asked I could have gotten an extra as the staff were friendly and helpful. If coming from the airport the rail line doesnt directly connect but it is just a sort walk and transfer.

The hotel is highly recommendable. For a relatively low fare I got an experience which was like a four star hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the check-out procedure is automated and works flawlessly, the view on the harbor from the hotel room as well as from the lobby as well as from the restaurant is wonderful. The hotel rooms are small but well equipped and clean. The WiFi worked well. I felt very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and you have the option to arrange for yourself a rather Japanese-style breakfast or alternatively a pretty much Western-style breakfast. The restaurant has special places that provide you a panoramic view on the harbor. On top of this you can charge your mobile device via USB plugs at many of those places while breakfasting. Moreover, the hotel is closely located to relevant metropolitan train stations (approx. 10 to 15 minues to walk) of Tokyo. From Haneda airport you need approx. 20 to 30 minutes to the hotel. To the important Shinagawa station you need approx. 15 to 20 minutes from the hotel, using one of the metropolitan trains. This area of Shinagawa, where the hotel is situated, is characterized by Japanese people as good and reasonably priced. Close to the hotel you can find nice and also reasonably priced small sushi and ramen restaurants.

No complaints. The lobby looks a bit more luxurious than the rooms actually are.

A very well maintained property with excellent train connections and a very convenient boarding point ( under 2 minutes by walk) for the bus shuttle to Haneda Airport terminals. The staff are super polite while only some are fully conversant with English. The location of the hotel is exceptionally good... It's an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Well connected by the Rinkai Subway and with just one change, you can hop on to the JR Yamanote line which pretty much takes you to any area in Tokyo within 20 to 25 minutes. The hotel is surrounded within a minute's walk by multiple combini stores that include 7/11, Lawson and Family mart. Also many restaurants and fast food outlets just below. The Aeon superstore is right below the hotel and you can pretty much buy any goods there tax free.

The rooms are tiny, though I'm told that they are generous compared to Japanese standards! We found the standard 17 metre square double room to be small for two adults. There's not enough space to keep your luggage in the room without tripping over it. I would suggest to book their 32 square metre room which is excellent.

Booked this hotel for the very convenient access to Haneda airport (airport limousine bus stop just in font) . Hotel is nice and clean, room small (Tokyo style), good breakfast, shopping mall just below. In a quite isolated part of town. Also below is a private metro station (see however negative part).

The connection with the rest of the city was quite complicated. In fact the metro near the hotel is outside both the JR line and the Tokyo Metro lines, so you have to pay extra to get anywhere interesting. Also, note that it is located in Shinagawa Seaside, which is different (and quite a way) from Shinagawa.
