Hyatt Regency Aqaba Ayla Resort

The facilities are amazing, all new clean and high quality. the service from the stuff is professional and friendly. Rooms are big and the mini bar is free of charge. breakfast is very good - Mustafa the manager was very kind. Ayla Marina nearby and is great to hung around all day. hotel located Less than 10 minutes drive to Eilat border. 4 times a day there are shuttles to downtown Aqaba, we did use the service and it was good and on time. great hotel for kids, much to do: pools, kids club, beach, table tennis and snooker (pool table). great hotel for couples - spa is amazing with hamam and Jacuzzi, and special outdoor pool for couples. there is the lounge with Happy Hour daily, and can have couple breakfast there peacefully. overall Hyatt Ayla, Good value for money. happy vacation !

not able to take away food from the Marina into the hotel is fair but ! missing vegan / vegetarian food at the swimming pool. only meat is less good for us. the Italian restaurant at the pool (Cascades) is tasty and has veggie options, but bit expensive compared to Ayla.

Most of the staff were friendly especially Marah the Receptionist & Salah the Olive Rest.Manager The View was amazing Ayla Resort (where the hotel is) was great and has almost everything The room was spacious with a good size balcony and the bathroom was perfect

The check-in Experience: yes I got what I booked for on time and in a high floor with Marina view. But for my family we had to wait more than two hours to get the rooms they booked!…Therefore, we had to cancel our program that day☹️ Also the distance between the Reception & the rooms were too long and the Corridors were not at the Hyatt standard..they look cheap & old!

Perfect resort for those looking for some quiet and luxury. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped, there are 5 restaurants in the resort, a few pools and a private beach. The hotel is a bit far from the city center but is adjacent to the new Marina Village, so you can find more things to do within walking distance. You can also take a free shuttle or grab a taxi to the city center.

Everything inside the resort is double or triple the prices in Aqaba...

The hotel is quite new, built in a new marina a bit outside of the city, beautiful location surrounded by a lot of restaurants and shops. Service was great during our whole stay, employees were very attentive and helpful. We could perform a PCR test for our flight back right in the hotel which was a great service and saved us a lot of time.

Unfortunately the room was not done correctly, and there were no big towels, nor shower gel. Although breakfast was delicious, there is a big queue (it was a Friday, therefore a weekend) for the hot dishes, and therefore I would recommend to go to the breakfast early or to directly ask an employee because they are very helpful. The hotel in general is great, but for the price you are paying you expect an excellent service in every way, and this they did not fulfill.

Two nights in Aqaba to rest and enjoy. The hotel is modern and facilities great. Our room was very comfortable, reasonable size and with an outdoor place to relax, weather allowing it.

The location of the room was far and the way finding around the property clear needs improvement. The hotel was very full, so we ended up passing most of the time in the Club facilities. It was almost impossible to find a place by the pool or even in the beach. It is clearly a family hotel, so if you want to be quiet and way from kids almost impossible. Staff friendly and helpful, when they could speak and understand english.

The hotel is gorgeous! Beautifully designed, a nice modern island feel but no pretentious. Service was amazing. They really took good care of us. A special shout out to the Bar Manager and Staff for taking good care of us, Room Service, Pool guys, Pool Service. All excellent!

Everything basically especially Mahdi Zaidan . He was so friendly and helpful . The facility is top notch clean.

FThe hotel doesn't have a front sea beach area . There is an Area / beach on a man made lagoon but its different offcourse . Though facilities were available and great . I was injured by the steel pool benches . Such sharp edged steel benches should be banned there and never used .use Pvc or plastic rounded edges instead . Breakfast was great

The hotel is very up to its standard. Especially we loved the food. RED restaurants is just amazing, compliments to the chef. The breakfast is delicious with a very smart way to get around covid regulations and keep the high hotel standard (minimum of plastic). The rooms are specious with a very stylish modern design. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

the taxi was expensive this resort should contract with any company of transportation to reduce the cost of the taxi all the taxi was token JD 5 it should be less the resort was wonderful but I will not reserve it again is far away from the center and the bathrooms there is no Bathroom bidet we are not in a foreign country it should at least be available AT HOUSEKEEPING
