A perfect hotel and stay. I want to thank Anel for her exceptional role, support, and professionalism. I specifically also thank her for her role when she called the ambulance for my medical situation, and hats off to the ambulance team who came within just 7 mints! Anel continued to follow up on my health throughout the stay. I hope Management would read this comment and give her a big applause in public. She is a led by example, someone who loves the job. As for the hotel, everything was perfect, the breakfast selection and taste, room service (excellent team) and most importantly the hotel is just 4 mints away by walk from Arabat street.

During the morning traffic hours, I could hear the street noise that woke me up at least twice. My room was on the street side. I understand, it's not something the hotel can control... Consider using ear plugs. But I would still book the hotel again )

Very nice rooms, not spacious, but you have everything you need and space is well organised. Relatively new design and it is main reason why it is still comfortable place to stay. Also it is Novotel and Itis 2 in 1 hotel. So lobby and Restaurent is a bit more upscale for Ibis, what is nice for me.

Stupid security people who stay in the lobby overnight and for example not allow other hotel stayers stay there and speak after midnight (lobby space has some tables and sofas). They will arrive and will try to send you back to the rooms. Why? But if you stop speaking Russian - they will keep distance and don't touch you anymore. If you don't take breakfast on board (for me has not sense) - local restaurant opens on 12:00 only and you will not be able to get just cup of coffee before.

Very new and clean place to stay. Good design. Very cosy rooms, but very functional. And if you stay in Ibis, an other part of this hotel is Novotel living. So all services in combo hotel are on really high level. Restaurent, gym, design, breakfasts, laundry. Table in the rooms is very small, but very practical.

It is not really nice place to work around. Trainstation is next to the hotel and walking street is full of students... but not for tourists. Nice bars and other restaurants are not walking distance. But taxi is cheap and quick. Also transparent wall to the shower make a felling your toilet located in the same space as your bed. And if you expect hammock in your room like in the pictures of hotel - it is not in every room at all. You probably could receive one without it. And there are no any closet in the room. You will keep all you thinks on 2 open shelves or in your suitcases.

I like the fact, that it's located in the very heart of the city. Building is new, beautiful inside/outside. Fresh and nice smells everywhere including elevator. Friendly and professional staff, especially reception team are very talkative and helpful. 24/7 places nearby to get some food/coffee or just to kill some time. Soft and comfortable bed and pillow.

Check in at 3 PM, and no later free check out, but it's all good. No comb included with bathroom accessories, fortunately I came with a short haircut.

Location and breakfast.

During check in I gave my ID and they did not give it back. While checking out, I asked them if it is still at reception, they said no. After 2 days, receiving a call from reception, that they found my ID somewhere at reception. This is sad. I almost lost my docs, because of their irresponsiblity.

Very clean and bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff were helpful and there was a good choice of hot and cold food at the breakfast buffet. Good location - just across from a shopping centre and very walkable to all main areas of the city.

No kettle or tea/coffee in room, but plenty of hot water / drinking water machines in the corridors (just remember to bring your own teabags!)

Great location, lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, clean and comfortable room with interesting design, panoramic windows. Also liked the availability of an ironing room, not all hotels have such a thing =)

There was a problem with the drain in the shower room, but it was quickly resolved while we were out of the room.

I was very tired (after long flights) when I checked into a room , so I didn't have any energy to be dealing with any issues (just wanted a shower and a sleep before taking my next flight). But the toilet was not properly cleaned, I could see the poo stains in the toilet from the previous people staying in the room. (was disgusting)
