Beautiful place and excellent location. The rooms were excellent and well-equipped. The receptionists were really friendly, and the breakfast spread was particularly excellent. I like how well-kept the property was and how close it was to big attractions. I will definitely return to Ramada again. The massage service was exceptional. I highly suggest Mr. Tahsin for his exceptional services. The atmosphere and cost were also really remarkable. I highly recommend.

Except for the lack of jet spray in the restrooms.

rooms are big and clean, AC is a bit loud, but ok. breakfasts are pretty good as well as room service. staff is friendly.

location is a bit tricky - there is a long driveway to the hotel through the closed territory and not all taxi drivers are aware of this. so some are waiting for you near the road and it is not convenient to go there with all the luggage. there are no bellboys, so no-one will be able to help you with the stuff. (we had lots of printing materials for our events and managed to take them to the rooms by ourselves 🤷‍♀️)

The hotel is very clean, organized, has an ATM machine, has an excellent restaurant with delicious food items. It’s staff are very friendly and work hard to understand the needs of the guests with a smile and good English skills. They even upgraded my room in the night as my original room had a Lock problem. The maintenance team is professional and responds quickly.

The isolation materials between rooms need to be strengthened as I heard clear sounds of a couple in the room beside me (704) while they having sex for 2 nights ( lucky 😀)

Room is big and good enough for families with children's. It was spacious and the sofa bed itself we can use as a queen bed

Breakfast menu should be changed. Same three days we felt almost same type of food. Anyhow not bad.

The reception was too helpful and friendly, to always answer our inquiry and helped us a lot in translating. Breakfast quality and vibes was great!

Rooms should be renovated and should have sound proof in place. You hear noises from other rooms, music and talks.

It was clean. Room was very big. Staff very helpfull and kind.

Breakfast was insufficient. We couldnt find any restaurants and bars/pubs near by. We had to took a yandex taxi everytime but it was very cheap. No balcony and no place to smoke :(

We were happy the Spa was included in the room price, and it was not busy on the 1st of January. Breakfast was superb.

the swimming pool is not big enough comparing to the size of the hotel, also its water is not that clean and you feel there is need for ventilation.
