Quiet room no matter that have big road next to hotel, it's not so busy area of city. Freindly stuff from reception. On your demand they can clean your cloths. Good food they have.

Very small room, front door can't be oppen properly becouse have small table with 1 chair on wall and we are two. Beds sheets have a hols, they change next day with same problem. Friday night have a party from bar near and its so loud you can't sleep

The hotel is in a serene environment and is a quick detour from the main highway. It is located near amenities like airport supermarkets and business premises. The price was affordable and was on offer. The rooms are clean, cosy, and spacious. The staff were hospitable. The hotel offered free WI-FI.

They could do better in the dining area. There is no space for serving food. The hotel signage is poor. its in a hidden area inside another business property, so there is no clear direction to the location. One has to make a call to get to the area. the breakfast took time to be served.

I liked the room service, Kevin is a very friendly chap. Also the ladies at the front desk especially Sarah, who helped me out with M - Pesa was nice. and also the one, I can´t remember, she almost always said my name while greeting me... :) I liked, that they were so easy going and chill, which is a huge plus. You could even sit there and work in peace just outside the reception. There is even a small cute bell, you can ring on for ordering anything.... you would like... Another thing is the big outdoor space / restaurant and bar area, which kinda had a nightlife vibe in the friday and sat evenings Capital Heights Hotel will be such a nice memory for me - perhaps I will come back here one day, miss Nairobi a bit, when writing this in..

mmmh one thing could have been to have proper window with light coming in, I was too lazy to ask for this, but I guess many other rooms has windows.

There is a restaurant next door that is very reasonably priced, including a bar with friendly staff. The rooms all have mosquito nets, and the showers have hot water from a combination boiler on the shower head.

The location was a bit deserted. If you're into nightlife, you can hang out at the connected bar, but if not you may have to take a taxi a bit further. That said, Franky's Cocktail's is nearby and it is a great, no-frills local spot to watch a game.

It is located in a convenient and safe place.

1. The don’t have own restaurant. 2. The breakfast sometimes is late. 3. The items in the menu are not served as prescribed e.g Pancakes no honey served with it, Fresh Juice is served as Packet juice. 4. The room that I was allocated is not the same room that I booked. when I inquired why the receptionist said they hotel doesn’t have the described room and I paid extra money for the facility that was described in the booking. 5. The bed sheets were torn and had stains.

Serene environment , safe location , clean-tidy and exceptionally amiable staff. It's value for money

The chair and table in the room too small and uncomfortable. A single chair & child-like table in a double room. The hotel could do better regards to room furniture.

even if it was my first time .I was given a very trustworthy driver(Omari) to take me wherever I wanted to go .he helped me a lot .I wouldn't mind going back there with my whole family again and again

Room was well appointed and clean. The Menu items available for dinner and breakfast were hot and delicious. Since they are prepared fresh, they do take a bit of time to get to the table but worth it. The front end staff was extremely professional and courteous. It was good value for money and worth a second visit.

The television service in the rooms was lacking. Showed but about two or three channels on my visit. Some news channels, business news and kid shows, the usual fare, would be a welcome improvement as entertainment options without needing a device to go online. Could use some wider selection.

They should try and leqrn how to make breackfast over there.everywhere is the same eggs and sausauge no salt no.pepper.some cheese or ham would not be bad.juice is nit juice but blended fruit.so not nice to drink.But hey.theyre friendly

The room looked exactly as it was presented on booking.com. I liked the ambiance of the room, the layout of the hotel, and the fact that it was close of a large restaurant and entertainment hub. I did not need to go downtown.

Although there was a mosquito net it did not go all the way round the bed so I did get some mosquito disturbance.
