The friendliness of the staff. Their kindness was lovely to wake up to in the morning. The bed was very comfortable, food was very good.

We are an older couple. The stairs were difficult. No air conditioning was difficult and the fan in our room, on the ceiling was very noisy. If we cannot get a ground room floor we cannot stay. That would be sad. The cost was above what we thought it would be. As Missionaries who stay in Nairobi while coming from Us and going back to Us on a regular basis, we look for less expensive places to stay. Your staff, all of them are awesome!!!!

1.security security security. access points with key card on atleast three doors during night hours . There is some next level security here he he a South African definitely designed this. 2.you stay in two hotels literally with access to fairview hotel this is wonderful mix of two experiences 3.great breakfast 4.warm insulated rooms for cold nbo weather 5.strong hot shower curved n nice 6.strong wifi and work desk 7.Pauline and Peter.. what a lovely duo, offered me a late check out n kept my luggage for a bit, after checking out. These two are passionate about their work. Night staff ofcourse are more gloomy. 8.Value for money as they have specific bed accommodation that worked very well for me and offered value. 9.You can walk to cbd from here and other cafes near by Overall a very lovely place to stay, will be back. 10.Nicely carpeted corridor that added warmth 11.Lovely lobby 12.Well scented lobby washrooms

1.Thin corridor so don't come with overly sized luggage. though it will still fit. 2.Walls abit thin but ok.. minimal noise.. even I had worship music up a botch.

The breakfast was great. The staff that prepared and served the breakfast were nice and receptive. Thanks to DOLPHINE, JULIET & a dark Chef, whose name I cant remember now. They were all wonderful people. Oh yeah, those at the reception- Melvin, John & Elizabeth were awesome, always ready to help & very professional. I can't stop without mentioning one of the drivers. Mr Paul is a very amiable man, I bonded with him easily from the time he picked me from the Airport. He showed me many nice places in Nairobi. I still communicate with him till date.

There was no bathrooms slippers in the room. The hotel should make bathroom slippers available in all the hotel rooms.

Breakfast was great. The restaurant area was right on the same floor as my room. The staff was great! Peter, Bridgite, and Melvine at the front desk were all extremely helpful. Boniface in the restaurant showed me how to use the MPesa system (it was my first time). Stephen, the security guard helped me with my bags. Juliet, the breakfast hostess was friendly. Hannah in housekeeping was most helpful. The staff was great.

The food from room service provided by the Fairview Hotel next door lacked a certain something . . . I believe its called "flavor". The pizza was passable, but everything else was bland. Filling, but bland.

Highly recommended for both business and private stays in Nairobi. The staff in the reception are very efficient and courteous. The rooms are comfortable, light and always clean. The hotel is well located not far from the center, but in green and peaceful surroundings. With the new expressway it is just a 25 minute trip from the airport (I recommend the hotel's own drivers, they know the short cuts). The restaurants, cafes and gardens at The Fairview next door are a major bonus. I stay here often and will continue to do so.

All the staff were so warm and welcoming, instantly making me feel at home. Breakfasts were great. I also enjoyed the gym. The rooms are quiet and peaceful - something hard to come by in Nairobi! And the wifi was excellent 👌 The linen was also very fresh and clean and laundry service was great.

The breakfast has always been a bonus. This was a return visit for us as the size of the rooms, the cleaniness of the hotel, the great, helpful staff, and the location close to Wilson Airport for the start to our safari travels. There was nothing I didn't like. The bathrooms were good and it was great to enjoy a hot shower after our long flight to Nairobi. The bed was so comfortable I was reluctant to get up in the morning.

I liked the Customer service provided at check-in and check-out. The staff was very friendly, efficient and fast. They also provided express breakfast on request which made it convenient for me to have breakfast in my room before my early morning meetings.

The rooms permeate some noise from the corridors when other guests are checking in or receiving calls. However, despite this, the place is mostly quiet and calm.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The location is very central, commute was easy. The facility was very well cared for and smelled very clean.

The doors of other rooms resonated with my room door and every time someone closed their door in the night I woke up for a short while. I hope there could be an easy fix with that...

Excellent hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent staff. I have to mention Bridget, Peter and Melvine in the reception who were extremely helpful and very professional, and Paul who is a very skilled and reliable driver. I talked to other guests who had the same experience. The location is also very convenient and the breakfast is good. I will stay here again.
