The room is always tidy, clean and dry . Perfect hideout after a safari trip during rain season with terrible humidity in tent hotel. The cleaning staff and laundry delivery girl were amazingly friendly and eager to help. A big plus. The restaurant provides okay food at an okay price.

This was my second time stay in Junior Suite (901 & 902) -- Spacious room with separate living room. Breakfast was good for Vegetarians. Cleanliness was also good.

1. There must be facility of twin beds, always you are not with family 2. Inner washroom must have hand wash basin 3. Big mirror in the room 4. Fruit basket available on all days of stay, why on first day only 5. Wifi was breaking frequently, this time 6. There must be table or luggage stand in each room since space is not an issue in suites

The whole experience was excellent. Room, dining room, breakfast or dinner, bar overlooking the front, rooftop sunbathing, staff excellent, location excellent. I must mention restaurant manager Ruth and front gate man Nixon as stand out. Professional, helpful and courteous in the extreme. Nixon organised and brought my newspapers to my room before 7am every morning. Great with my morning tea. I liked that the hotel has conference people in it on a regular basis - this gives the true impression of business development in Kenya.

- Location is perfect - the amenities they provide=awesome! Including your own toothbrush and paste per night. Let alone the other small details around. - the breakfast was so nice. We stayed for 3 nights and each day there was some changes to the main menu which is nice. - the front office were really helpful, they assisted me in waiving off my cancellation fee as I had initially made a mistake and booked a single room instead of double. They went against their cancellation policy and agreed to waive off. Thank you. - the bed was really comfy - I was so happy to see an arabian shower in the toilet!! Yay! - definitely coming back!!

- the floor was abit dusty the first day we checked in which was at around 5:00pm. But we didn't bother to make a fuss about it as we were really tired anyways. - you should provide an Iron box for every room. I know the front office most probably had one if we had requested but it's always good to have one per room (we had brought our own as backup, thank God). - PLEASE DONT ADVERTISE THE ROOMS AS SOUND PROOF. THEY ARE NOT SOUND PROOF (MAYBE JUST A LITTLE, BUT FOR US, A TOTAL NO. NOT SOUND PROOF).......ROOM 505

I start by highlighting the good treatment of the staff, like all Kenyans, very cordial and always willing to help you! Thank you!!! The hotel is located in a very nice, clean and very central area. Breakfast at the hotel is very good and abundant. The room was small for 2 people and the beds were very hard, you really can't rest...and that is what is needed after an intercontinental flight like in our case or after safaris, therefore I recommend taking action on this. The bathroom flooded because the drainage did not work well and we had problems with the water and there was almost no hot water, bathing in the early morning to go on the safari was torture because it was cold in Nairobi. I really think that the price of the room is very high for what it offers.

Guest slamming doors loudly early in the mornings. The hotel needs to put up signs about this or in the rooms. Music is played in the elevator, restaurant areas, way too loud that causes one to have to shout when speaking. If they must play music, they should ask guest if they want it. I imagine a huge percentage don't, especially if you want to think or work quietly. It has a pool, but it is merely a show piece. It is not used, does not look hygienic, and there are no changing facilities anywhere to be able to use it.

I stayed at a Swiss Lenans and had a great experience. The hotel was well-maintained and very clean, which made me feel comfortable during my stay. The staff was also very kind and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. Overall, I recommend this hotel for its location and friendly staff.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was well-maintained and clean, but there were a few issues that affected my overall satisfaction. The lack of air conditioning in the rooms made it difficult to sleep comfortably, and the safety box provided was not secure. Despite this, the staff was friendly and attentive.

Value for money was great! The personnel were polite, service in the restaurant was very fast (thanks Simon & Moses!). Also, I'd say the beds in the hotel were one of the best I've sleep on! Room size was nice, great bathroom, it was clean. I have 0 complains! Keep up the good work!

Not that it affected my stay in the hotel. Not at all!!! This is just a suggestion! I think they can do a bit better with the restaurant at the top. For example - the toilets. And overall, in my humble opinion, it doesn't strike like a restaurant of a 4-star hotel. Some paint here and there will do a great job.

The hotel is located near Valley Road, one of the main streets into the central business district. It is about 2 or 3 km to the main downtown area. We walked there and back without issue. There are a couple of foreign embassies nearby, so the area is safe for walking during the day. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fine offering eggs cooked to order, dry cereals, pastries and a variety of Chinese breakfast entries (the hotel is owned by a Chinese entity). There is roof top pool that we did not use (seemed a bit dirty), and small exercise room. Overall were pleased with room and our stay there.

No significant issues.

All the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, from the reception staff and porters to the restaurant staff and room cleaning staff. Everyone spoke to you and made you feel really welcome. The room was a good size and a very comfortable bed and good shower with hot water. Great choice of food for breakfast and the restaurant served great meals in the evening.
