The room is always tidy, clean and dry . Perfect hideout after a safari trip during rain season with terrible humidity in tent hotel. The cleaning staff and laundry delivery girl were amazingly friendly and eager to help. A big plus. The restaurant provides okay food at an okay price.

I start by highlighting the good treatment of the staff, like all Kenyans, very cordial and always willing to help you! Thank you!!! The hotel is located in a very nice, clean and very central area. Breakfast at the hotel is very good and abundant. The room was small for 2 people and the beds were very hard, you really can't rest...and that is what is needed after an intercontinental flight like in our case or after safaris, therefore I recommend taking action on this. The bathroom flooded because the drainage did not work well and we had problems with the water and there was almost no hot water, bathing in the early morning to go on the safari was torture because it was cold in Nairobi. I really think that the price of the room is very high for what it offers.

Beds too hard.

I stayed at a Swiss Lenans and had a great experience. The hotel was well-maintained and very clean, which made me feel comfortable during my stay. The staff was also very kind and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. Overall, I recommend this hotel for its location and friendly staff.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was well-maintained and clean, but there were a few issues that affected my overall satisfaction. The lack of air conditioning in the rooms made it difficult to sleep comfortably, and the safety box provided was not secure. Despite this, the staff was friendly and attentive.

Value for money was great! The personnel were polite, service in the restaurant was very fast (thanks Simon & Moses!). Also, I'd say the beds in the hotel were one of the best I've sleep on! Room size was nice, great bathroom, it was clean. I have 0 complains! Keep up the good work!

Not that it affected my stay in the hotel. Not at all!!! This is just a suggestion! I think they can do a bit better with the restaurant at the top. For example - the toilets. And overall, in my humble opinion, it doesn't strike like a restaurant of a 4-star hotel. Some paint here and there will do a great job.

The hotel is located near Valley Road, one of the main streets into the central business district. It is about 2 or 3 km to the main downtown area. We walked there and back without issue. There are a couple of foreign embassies nearby, so the area is safe for walking during the day. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fine offering eggs cooked to order, dry cereals, pastries and a variety of Chinese breakfast entries (the hotel is owned by a Chinese entity). There is roof top pool that we did not use (seemed a bit dirty), and small exercise room. Overall were pleased with room and our stay there.

No significant issues.

The property is clean, they gave me a room with a view of the city. The beddings are clean and they provide basics including toothpaste and bathroom slippers. These are little things but most hotels neglect these days. They could add shower cap. The breakfast and generally food,very fresh and large portions. I appreciate that they tried to change breakfast after a few days. The staff are also very helpful .

The lobby could do with some work. Looks dated and I was put off didn’t expect good from.

Wonderful hotel . Amazing stuff, housekeeper Julie was cleaning the room every single day .. Restaurant was very clean , very good food at restaurant Maxwell and Goretti was very professional and always smiling and in good mood. Reception was very good , Violet ,Yvonne and Phanice where very good , they made check in and check out so fast in almost 2 minutes . Security Habel was very good and smiling .

The staff were super friendly and great welcome to hotel. Room clean and every thing was there. Nice comfortable bed and breakfast good. The restaurant staff nice service could be a bit faster however when it arived it was very good value and well presented. In alla great. Stay. Would i return in a heart beat.

The shower in the room could be hotter the hose was not working told reception and the fixed it right away sonothing to diss like about hotel at all

First and foremost the staff were utterly wonderful; such warm and hospitable people that made me feel so welcome in their beautiful country. The hotel room was very spacious and cosy and it was very easy to fall asleep. The chefs were fantastic and the breakfast was very tasty and interesting, and the restaurant setting is also very lovely (there were big birds flying overhead which I was mesmerised by).

The light switch in my room could only be turned on if I put the room card/key in the slot. To turn off the light I had to take the card out which meant no electricity, so no fridge and I couldn’t charge my devices overnight so had to resort to using my portable charger. I did not raise this with the hotel though as it was a minor issue I could live with.

The friendly Staff, Cleanliness, moderate price for a nice room, the good food, closeness to the locations I visit. The front desk tries very hard to accocmodte my requests.I am thankful for all they do to help

I usully mention the carpets in the hallways that don't really get fully cleaned and some of them have bear spots. The security latch or chain is missing on my door. I would prefer to have more hangers in the room.
