Kenya Comfort Suites

First impression, great! Secure entrance to the hotel grounds with warm welcome and smooth check in with Patrick. I was then helped with my bags to my double room by Sivi which was great after such a long trip. My room was large, clean and well lit, the beds are firm but both came with easy to let down Mosquito nets. The bathroom was basic but the shower was hot and powerful. The restaurant food was tasty/well priced and the staff were personable and friendly throughout. I didn't get the chance to use the pool facilities etc but I did enjoy my trip to the Kenya National Museum, which was recommended at the reception who arranged a terrific taxi jouney by Michael who was a wealth of local knowledge and waited whilst I checked it out.

I loved the way the staff handled my incident.i.e i had lost my smartwatch and everyone wss reassuaring..The staff also followed the protoccal of looking for it....but was later re overed by my sister under the front seat

The rooms were very big and a lot of them had a nice kitchen. The pool was very nice.

The split curtains on some of the showers led to a very wet floor and a lot of the appliances (microwave, electric stove etc.) Didn't always work.

Safe location in Nairobi. Lovely welcoming staff. Nice big room. Comfy bed with mosquito net, hot showers. Good buffet breakfast in the morning

Wi-Fi did not work in my bedroom.

The staff were friendly. Accommodating and it was sold as expected. It's basic but clean and in a great location.

The bathroom could be refitted or at least the tiles cleaned. The public shared bathroom was much better

The pool hall or bar beside the hotel was incredibly loud and made it difficult to sleep at night.

There was only limited hot water so the shower was tepid. Lots of noise could be heard both from inside the hotel and outside.

Welco.ming staff, clean rooms, obliging restaurant staff, held my luggage between my various trips to snd from Nairobi. Handy to both domestic and international airports. Swimming pool to relax by
