The check-in was super efficient and quick. The staff is always very polite and professionnal. The place is well-located. The room service was efficient and the quality of the food quite decent. The laundry service is also very reactive.

The style of the room and the design/ furnitures is really 80s/ 90s: the bathroom was really old-fashioned (with no ventilation...) The gym is very small and opens only from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.: so it is closed exactly when people have time to go to the gym... At 30 USD per person for breakfast, the breakfast rate is for sure exaggerated: for this amount, you can have at least 3 lavish breakfasts at Artcaffé or CJ's... I think it's a shame to price a breakfast at that price in Nairobi.

They definitely know what they are doing. Very good facility with good standards,very spacious rooms.

They could do better with the food. I think it's overpriced. Not value for money. Paid Ksh 10,000 for dinner but think wasn't worth it. The breakfast also doesn't have variety.

Well-located in a central part of Nairobi, with friendly helpful staff and good breakfast options. We liked that we could access the steam room and sauna for free as part of our stay.

Upon check-in, the receptionist didn't take time to explain the hotel facilities, and wasn't able to help us with any ideas of things to do in Nairobi. The hotel doesn't have any maps or other travel recommendations, but the team at the concierge did their best to help by showing us the list of highlights of Nairobi that the paid third-party tour includes.

- breakfast was good - the view restaurant was nice - the spa was amazing & good value - the beds very comfy & the room quiet

- at breakfast we were totally ignored so didn’t get coffee / tea offered or the additional omelettes which was a shame - the reception staff were a bit rude at times and never informed us about certain things going on that we would have liked (ie the chocolate hour - we were there for this but only found out after it was over)

Just about everything. The staff, the food, all great.

The taxi picking you at the airport waits for other people coming from another city. So you will wait sometimes for 2 hrs, waiting for a plane that hasn’t even landed because they want to put you in the same taxi with those people. This is horrible.

Very comfy family suite. Amazing gym on 22nd floor with great view. Fantastic buffet breakfast and a La carte dinner. Helpful staff.

Expensive. Freezing swimming pool. Few sun loungers. Revolving restaurant not included in half board package. Not much entertainment for kids apart from with Sunday brunch. Atmosphere a little sterile

Excellent all around. Spacious apartment, very clean, super bathrooms. Very comfortable. Ideal for a long stay as excellent kitchen space, storage space and laundry facilities with balcony. We only stayed one night but would use this again. We had to leave early and staff packed good breakfast for us.

Price varies according to conference usage rather than just season.

The staff in this hotel is one of the best, always smiling, welcoming, taking care of every request and need. They are exceptional! Room was big, clean and comfortable. They have a chocolate hour every day from 4 to 5 pm where you can eat delicious chocolate sweets and have a coffee for free and you can meet other residents of the hotel..

The photographs do not do justice to this gorgeous hotel. It far exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The breakfast is virtually a full scale brunch. First class stay and service. We were extremely impressed.

Nothing could have been better.

Breakfast was great, with different varieties. Restaurant staff were very courteous and polite, and furthermore the restaurant is neat and clean. Foods were were delicious and set-up was good, the Spanish omelette was perfect.

More fresh juices on the buffets, like orange juice.
