We had a very nice stay. The staff was wonderful and incredibly attentive and nice. They gave us a welcome drink upon arrival and were very helpful with everything we needed. It seemed a little odd that the hotel began on the 5th floor of the building shared with other tenants (just not what we are used to) but we felt very safe and secure. There was a door code to get into the area with the rooms and there was a gate guard at the entrance to the parking area. Food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced although the service of food (not the bartender/waiter) was very slow. The room and bed was very comfortable and clean. There was even a mini fridge. The location seemed safe and nice. We did walk to some things nearby but didn’t stay here long enough to get a true feel for the area. We would stay here again if ever back in this area. While we did not have a chance to take advantage of it, they even had a spa! With very reasonably priced services. Also, my husband forgot his AirPods in the room when we left and they were nice enough to hold them at reception for us until we got back from our 6 day safari.

The WiFi was quite spotty in the room, very slow. It worked well in the reception area and bar/restaurant though. We loved that the room had air conditioning but it did not work very well. We are from the US and like it quite chilly. We set the AC as low as it would go (capped at 18 degrees) and even with it running all night it only went down from 24 degrees to 21 degrees by morning. Probably not an issue for many but was annoying for us.

I liked the location, the spacious rooms, the security measures when getting to your room, (there's a security door with codes) and the water pressure.

Depending on which room you are the WiFi will be strong or weak.. The first room had perfect WiFi however it had a foul smell coming from the drainage and was loud in the evening (facing nightclubs/pubs etc) Was moved to another room. WiFi was very unstable but the room was more cozy, comfortable no foul smell and that side was quiet. The breakfast was so average and i noticed they didn't clean the table when someone had finished taking breakfast. They just clear the table and leave the crumbs there! Pls improve.

The hotel is in prime location of westlands. It's close to many high-end hotels as well as many restaurants and bars. For example, the hotel is right behind back of Nairobi Street Kitchen, we could see it from our hotel room. The staff are very helpful and responsive to any questions/requests.

The hotel appears to be converted from an older office building, so it does not exactly have everything a standard hotel offers, like swimming pool. One of two elevators was not working and there were technicians working on it the entire 4 days we stayed there.

Good clean hotel, located in the business quarter, i.e. in Westlands, close to shopping malls and by taxi close to the central district (important to me, as I needed to go there almost daily). A bit too close to some disco bars or alike, but with windows closed this was ok to sleep properly (notably applicable to Thursdays and Fridays nights, otherwise it is normally calm, not facing big avenues but smaller streets). It is also a safe hotel, there a several measures in place for that. Staff particularly needs to be appreciated, super kind and smiling, very nice atmosphere. Photos attached are from my room, situated at the 7th floor. Reception is at 5th floor.

Breakfast. It is said on the website that breakfast is included, but it is not said that you have only 2 options, with 2 fixed menus. So, every morning, when you want breakfast, you have to choose one of the 2. For me, with a long stay of 14 nights, this was quite difficult. If breakfast buffet style does not suit the hotel for whatever reason, they should however be more flexible and be able to propose to clients some a la carte options within the total price they offer or even with exceeding the price if the client wants to pay, but thus to offer variation. Bathroom also needs some maintenance, especially in my room the sink and the tap.

Great centric location in Westlands, many hip bar and restaurants are in walking distance, as well as 2 mayor shopping malls. Quite I guess, unless there is a Somali wedding happening across the road. Comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was included and ok. Great Host and staff. Good value for money.

The building that hosts the Hotel (rather 2 floors) is not the fanciest, but it does affect anything you would need. Breakfast could be just a bit more elaborate to convince me that they actually want you to walk away with a splendid experience.

Bed was very comfortable, staff was exceptional, amenities in the room were great. Easy walking distance to restaurants and pubs.

Laundry service I thought was too expensive. The charge per piece of laundry was too high. And there was a somewhat high step into the shower without any sort of bracket or bar to grab on to for balance to keep from slipping, especially when having to step down with wet feet onto a tile floor. A person could easily slip and fall.

I enjoyed the easy access to the hotel as all taxis were able to find the location. Secondly, they accepted late night check-in as i only got into country late at night with a 3am check-in time. The rooms were very big and spacious and definitely value for money.

Although not a major concern, I did not see very strict security as I saw in other hotels and I wondered what was the difference.

The service is top notch. The staff is always ready to assist in many ways and they have great recommendations for places to visit and things to do in Nairobi. For a 3 star hotel, it definitely exceeded my expectations. One of the few hotels in Nairobi with great AC especially during this hot weather. I only stayed for 1 night and I would highly recommend and will definitely be back! Shout out to Dorcas, Michelle & Winnie.
