This is not just a hotel its a home ! perfect hotel ever. the room so big and clean , the room services is very good . the reception staff is more than professional, any time you ask them for help they do it with very beautiful smile 😊 i arrived early before the regular time to check in i told them I’m tired they helped me only in less than 15 minutes and arranged the room for me . i booked a one day trip with them , perfect tour guide , comfortable van and it was amazing trip . the spa they recommended to me was more than amazing and professional. don’t know how to thank them really thank you from the bottom of my heart . i will miss those smiles in your lovely face . when i come back kenya you will be my first destination 🇰🇪❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️special thanks to Sheryl l & maureen 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡love you

Hotel was very comfortable with great amenities. Best 'feature' of Best Western Plus Westlands however was the lovely, helpful, friendly staff. I was particularly grateful to Reception and Housekeeping teams for facilitating my request to have a room in which I could change and freshen up prior to my departure for a total of 12 hours flight time on my journey home (having checked out of my own room on the morning of my departure, but not leaving for home until later on that evening).

Would liked to have had a few more choices at breakfast time but, against that, the choice of barista coffee options was perfect!

The staff members are incredibly friendly and exceptionally professional. On the first day of my arrival, I exchanged money to pay the taxi in cash. Unfortunately, they forgot to return 50 US$ to me, and I didn't notice it as I promptly went outside to pay the waiting taxi driver. Two days later, the reception called me to inquire about the 50 US$ they might have forgotten to return during the currency exchange. It was only at that moment that I realized the oversight. They promptly came to my room to return the money. I was pleasantly surprised and found this level of professionalism unexpected, especially compared to other hotels around the world. Food menu has improved from my last visit a year ago, but still not a wide selection. Got a 10% discount voucher for The Asian restaurant, however, it was closed the day i decided to have dinner there. Bed mattress is too soft for me, so a bit problematic for someone who has back issues.

The hotel is located near the Saritt shopping center, where you will find a Carrefour supermarket, banks, clothing, footwear, coffee shops, bowling. In the hotel itself on the 1st floor there is a restaurant with a large selection of dishes and drinks, on the 11th floor there is a bar with snacks. Both establishments are top notch. There is also a gym on the 11th floor. Complimentary breakfast rich in choice. Friendly friendly staff who help to solve any problem. This hotel is 10 out of 10.

Good location right next to the Sarit mall, which has a wide variety of shops and eateries. Room was modern, clean and well appointed. Gym was functional and clean. Aside from a mix up with rooms at check in, the staff were friendly and helpful. Use of the hotel driver for trips out was great, not cheap but safe and efficient.

The whole hotel is smaller than I imagined - there was no lounge area to just sit with a drink - either in the all day restaurant (which was good but not comfy) or the bar on the top floor (which only opens at 5pm and was always virtually empty).

Breakfast was really huge and had a lot of variety for different cultural expectations and dietary needs. Much more than we needed. Location was perfect. Our friends live in Westlands and we were really glad to get a hotel near their home; also we could walk to Sarit center. When we requested extra towels or water, it was delivered quickly to the room. We appreciated the availability of airport transfer, laundry service, and restaurants in the hotel.

The shower in the third room we stayed in was leaking a lot onto the floor. I had to adjust the rubber gadget on the shower door to remedy the problem.

I rarely write reviews as I spend a lot of time in business hotels BUT Best Western Westlands stands out from every other business hotel I stay in for one reason - the most accommodating and helpful staff ever! Nothing is ever too much trouble and each and every staff member goes out of their way to make sure that your stay is perfect. For me there is no other option in Nairobi, this is the best hotel by far for business or leisure travel and value for money. Thank You

The light in the bathroom mirror that dosn't turn off.

Nice breakfast, clean and stylish room, good water pressure in shower, quiet room, tv supported playing content from your device, friendly staff and good restaurants.

The view from our room was an office building, very close. People working there were staring at our room if we opened the curtains. The bathroom had a window to the room, which would have been fine if not for the bathroom mirror. This bathroom mirror had a screen that showed the time or temperature every 15 seconds. Through the window, the screen's light are pretty bright and flickering at night and we ended up covering the window with a towel to get some flicker-free sleep.

I liked the location which was close to the Sarit Centre, Nairobi Express Way, the CBD and other touristic sites. I also liked the breakfast buffet which had a wide range of delicious food. It was also highly appreciated that the Chef specially made for our Muslim family some beef sausages instead of the pork sausages that were available on the buffet.

I absolutely did not like the tight space at the front of the hotel which posed a lot of difficulty turning our vehicle at the entrance into the hotel and parking. The parking space too was a bit complicated for easy use.

A warm welcome, very clean rooms and great service, especially at both restaurants (ground floor and the 11th floor). I also enjoyed the turn down service but it only happened on the first night. Very clean rooms, and generally efficient service. An iron and ironing board in my room. My room initially felt small but was ultimately comfortable and sufficient for my 4-nights' stay.

Initial check-in was long-winded and it wasn't clear if I was being helped by trainee staff or if they were busy. When I checked in (after 2pm), my room wasn't ready. I rented a meeting room, and it took too long to set up the video conferencing facility and I ended up not using it (it was eventually fixed but it was late and I had cancelled the online participants for the meeting).
