Comfort Inn Laval

Nice, quiet well run place. There was ample food options in the breakfast room and the friendly helpful staff stayed on top of refilling everything in a timely manner. The 2 Uniformed guards outside my room 24/7 gave me a strange Welcome to Kabul feeling I didn't expect at a Comfort Inn in Canada. On the upside those lads were very friendly and helpful.

I only have one complaint, the breakfast sausages had a strange 5$ to a case taste about them

The room is big and the bed is excellent. The bathroom is big, always clean, with a very good shower. Bring your own toiletry — shampoo, soap, everything. The breakfast is simple but good enough.

It was awkward to have at least 3 security all the time in the corridors (why?). Hotel prices in Laval are mysteriously high—although Comfort Inn is better than I expected, a hotel of this category would not cost the same even in New York.

Breakfast was great. Staff were all wonderful. We could not speak French and as soon as the staff member realized we couldn’t they quickly spoke English. That was truly amazing and very appy

I thought the carpets were kind of dirty but I just left my shoes on. Bedclothes were clean and so was bathroom. That was the most important things

The room is very comfortable, a bit of noise coming from the door. The cleaning is very good. The breakfast is decent, could be better.

The receptionist, the day of my arrival was not very friendly.

Reception employees such amazing people! Professionals, kind, I can say only the best about them! And so comfortable bed and amazing pillows! To be honest - i do not remember such a perfect sleep ... even my home bed is not even close to hotel one.. and I have top quality bed ... i feel like I want to go back there only to have a perfect sleep and to communicate with amazing staff there ! 👌🥰❤️ and my 2 baby dogs they just loved to stay there! I love this place also because its pet friendly! 🐩❤️🐩

Very nice hotel in the heart of Laval. Lots of free parking and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Despite the Covid situation, they did the best they could with breakfast by offering a choice of take out options, including egg sandwiches. The staff were cheerful and helpful and there was good coffee in the lobby.

No complaints.

The breakfast was tastsy. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice. And the staff was very nice and helpful...

Not so affordable. But it was to be expected during the season and it was a week end

Room was very clean.

Pillows could have been better. Rather 4 pillows that are identical, they should 2 sets of different pillows; that way there's a better chance that a customer has a pillow that's comfortable for them.

Breakfast was better than expected. Bed was comfortable

Booking.com website said 5.6 miles from airport but it was so much more.
