The airport shuttle was prompt and friendly, as were the other staff. We did not have time to check out any other facilities. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean. I will stay there again.

There was no free complimentary breakfast but the restaurant was good. A light complimentary breakfast would be an asset... just coffee/tea, muffins and juice and fruit would be a welcome asset. There was a little but of aircraft noise, but such was expected as we were right by Pearson airport, which we wanted as the night was for sleeping during a 14hr layover between flights.

Allowed for Late late night check in due to late flight and then unexpected long added luggage delay Called to notify front desk and they were happy to hold room and advised to call once we got our luggage and they would send shuttle.

Appreciated having a late free shuttle service pick up as it was after 1 am however the inside of shuttle was dirty like a work truck or something. Driver was fine and was nice.

Room was excellent. Roomy and well laid out. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom huge with wonderful shower and very nice free toiletries.

Parking is atrocious. Difficult to park for check in. No thought given to disabled customers. Car must eventually be parked in multi storey park with no elevator, meaning a walk down the road ramp all the way back to the hotel entrance! Great if you're disabled!!! Lovely with luggage too! Check in was awkward. COVID screens are still in place which makes hearing difficult. Some staff also speak very softly and have marginal English command. To make matters much worse there was loudish music playing in the lobby so that the entire process was frustrating and unwelcoming.

Room was very clean and had plenty of towels and supplies, Pool was safe to use and limited to one guest at a time, a good idea.

One of the elevator doors was slow to open and close. Hard to navigate between the parking garage and hotel when using the side door. It worked one day and not the next with my room key. Would be nice to have a shorter walk to my room from the garage without going all the way through the lobby.

The staff were very efficient and very welcoming. The restaurant was excellent and very well run, food really good and well priced, and the staff so friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

Everything with the hotel was great.

Unfortunately, booking.com still haven't provided me with an Invoice for the Purchase. As a business I will not be using them again. When you ask for an invoice, they tell you to ask the Hotel. When you ask the Hotel, they say ask booking.com. Ultimately booking.com sold the room therefore they must provide the invoice!

Nice room comfy bed and was relaxing Wonderful breakfast staff were exceptional I only wish there was a lunch time meal offered to purchase ,We paid for the extra hours die to a late flight but the one thing g that would have made it better would have been to enjoy a nice lunch before going to airport where we sat for hours I would have liked to stay longer at the hotel since it was so nice ,Your shuttle driver is very very friendly we will stay there again

The front desk staff were exceptionally nice and understanding. The bed was perfect. Superbly comfortable and a great night's sleep. The TV was of surprisingly decent quality and everything was neat and tidy. Definitely exceeded expectations

Some of the kitchen staff were less friendly than the front desk staff. But I don't consider that an issue really. Just something to note.

Free Shuttle. Nice large room. Very clean. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. Staff were very good. We were allowed to check in at noon. Good price for the airport area.

Breakfast was not great. Nothing is within walking distance. Pillows.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond in all aspects. The room was great and spotlessly clean. The complimentary Shuttleworth to the airport was great and the driver was very friendly. I was a little disappointed that although there was a sign that gratuities were appreciated on the Shuttleworth, I was the only one that felt it was earned
