The resort has some amazing views and wonderful pools. The room was very nice and the staff was exceptional and very attentive to our requests.

All Inclusive is nice but can be a real negative. The food is marginal and caters to mass servings. It seems they are trying to feed a lot of people and therefore they cannot make excellent food. They are also doing their best to make the alcohol go as far as they can so drinks are pretty weak and super sweet. We were approached many times with a fairly aggressive request for us to join their vacation club/time share. This was not something we wanted. Also, the property is huge. So, be prepared to walk a lot.

the hotel construction is very nice everywhere is green, pools are nice. the rooms are clean and spacious. the food is good in general. I recommend everyone to try the Mexican restaurant la adelita. I ve been living in Mexico since 5 years so I have tried all kinds of food and I can say that the food was very well prepared and delicious.

we tried italian, Asian and Mexican restaurants. Asian and Mexican were very good. italian restaurant was terrible. it seemed like they use the leftover food from the buffet restaurant because the food was so bland

location was really good. all staff was gently and supporting our stay in the hotel. private beach and pool very well as the room with ocean view.

restaurant and food in the all inclusive package were really poor quality and not even close to a 5 stars resort. we didn’t like the food.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, had a small surprise zoo inside which was neat for kids/families to see the animals. The buffet had a variety of options and the food was good. The small lagoon on the beach was great for small kids. Too bad we did not discover it until our last day. The spa was nice for a relaxing massage. And the kids club had organized activities for the kids. The shows each night were entertaining.

The al a carte restaurants were not too great. The portions were very small, and food was not too tasty. There are no elevators, just ramps and stairs. Which I wouldn't normally mind, but being 6 months pregnant with a toddler made it a bit challenging to walk around the property.

Staff attitudes have improved from last year. Friendly helpful staff was available with one phone call. We look foward rebooking ASAP.

Saw a woman slip on angled wet grass (off sidewalk) and nearly dropped off a 3 meter ledge on to concrete. I think this drop off is on the south side yard of the nest. People use it as a short cut. It should be blocked from pedestrian access. Blessings to Palladium staff!

•The food is pretty decent, however for a Mexican who knows the ingredients the Mexican Restaurnant could improve but pretty good overall • The adults only pool was truly for adults, and the staff made sure that the rules were applied for everyone, really happy with this. •The room was spacious and comfy

•The seashore was full of plants inside the water and was really uncomfortable to swim with that •The snackbars for the pools and sea didn't have much variety •There wasn't any elevator to move between the floors

Staff and personal attention was great! all people was very nice and every request was considered and there was follow up to see if everything was ok for us. The restaurant options and variety are very good, as well as the drink options, above all the bouffet at the El Bosque restaurant and the room service. Special restaurants like Italian and Asian food are so-so, but Mexican food, unsurprisingly, is spectacular.

The facilities are fair, we did not like the finishes of the building and the rooms, as well as the quality of the towels, lounge chairs and sheets are not the best. The Family Selection building and facilities did not differ much from the other areas.

Loved family selection and butlers. Easy to travel with a toddler. Hotel had high chairs and strollers to use. Shout out to Hector for going above and beyond for my son! The staff were extremely accommodating, professional, kind and personable in making our trip very enjoyable. Will be back!!

Rooms on building 4 could be loud at night as close to disco

Food service was excellent and beyond expectation , accommodated my special dietary needs. Adult pool was mostly peaceful. The grounds are outstanding.

The rooms need refreshing. Evening entertainment was great but too loud.
