I loved the rooftop lounge areas, pool and Bar. This is also the breakfast area. the young gentleman working the bar is very nice 🤩. the breakfast was…meh 🫥 but it was served by great staff. The only trouble I had was with the front attendant while booking, however the supervisor came quickly to save the day. the location is amazing.

the first attendant I felt with was kind of rude-ish. my card wouldn’t go through and I felt like she was profiling me. (I don’t dress fancy but I do have money.) but when my card was declined (which for unknown reasons at random times declines) she ran it through again and then tried to blow me off until the manager came in and sorted it out quickly 🤗

Large airy room and bathroom, spotlessly clean. Good lighting in bedroom Room (106) was perfectly located on ground floor in palm-filled courtyard, no street noise or direct sun, nice patio seating for morning coffee.

Music in reception started up super early each morning - why? Microwave in room but no plates or knives & forks No shampoo in bathroom Bad lighting for shaving or make up in bathroom Bed comfy but sheets & towels were scratchy and smelled of bleach Reception team helpful enough but were not professionals

The staff was very accommodating, and they walked us to our room during the check-in process. The room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool outside was heated and had a really nice view towards. Wifi worked well and did have too many issues. The area around was pretty nice and located just down the street from the downtown. Overall good stay.

Attention to detail in the room was fair, the bathroom seemed like it was thrown together, some of the things attached to the wall were very loose and falling off. The shower provided hot water only once in our 3-night stay. The TV reception was terrible, don't plan on watching TV. And just be careful walking to you room if you're on the top floor, you have to walk along the pool edge, which can be dangerous especially after a late night out drinking.

My experience was great, the hotel is very well located, the staff is very friendly, helpful, they assist you with everything. The hotel is always very clean, the room is very comfortable, very clean, modern. They recommended a surfing class with a very good instructor, it was an excellent recommendation. We were also recommended some great restaurants. Khalo and Rustica were really good.

I liked everything, I have no complaints.

Breakfast was nice and staff was friendly, location is perfect walking distance to bars and restaurants and the fact it has a pharmacy on one side and “torta ahogada” restaurant on the other side was super handy for our stay.

the one thing my boyfriend hated and made him leave for breakfast somewhere else was he ordered a coffee and was asked to wait for his turn to order and get a coffee, there where 3 tables more before us and he was hangover so wouldn’t wait his turn just to get a cup of coffe.

Rooftop pool was awesome!

Hotel needs to find a way to get rid of The rooster near the hotel. You can hear it from 2:30am all the way through the morning everyday.

the pool was great- nice & cool in the really hot weather. Rooms are lovely- nothing fancy, going for a bit of a global modern minimalist look, well staffed front desk & centrally located

Not much. Everything worked, there’s a elevator for accessibility, though the bath fixtures could use a little maintenance. But these are so minor.

breakfast was included but we only had breakfast there once . the lady cooking there was so unprofessional she was on the phone the whole time yelling and had it on speaker !! she even made another guest leave . Orange juice had a bad taste and I even had to pay for pancakes :/ .

Great location; close to restaurants and bars but quiet. The pool area was beautiful. The ppolsidebreakfast was nice. The bartender was friendly and helpful. Our room was nicely decorated and comfortable, although showing a lot of wear and tear of the flooring and fixtures.

The pool was kept too warm to be refreshing on a hot day. The front desk staff was not at all friendly or helpful.

Our stay here was great, the front desk guy with the long hair (I didn’t catch his name) was very helpful and maids always cleaned the rooms well. The pool is very warm, the kids loved it. The included breakfast was a nice touch, though bland. And the hours seemed late to me for a hotel breakfast, 9-11am. We only ate it once during our 6 night stay, there were much more tasty and cheap options nearby.

Be aware that even though it’s not right in the middle of town, there is almost always a ton of noise (music) coming from the bar a few doors down that goes on most of the night for those that are light sleepers. It didn’t bother us much but it is very loud and tends to echo in the hotel.
