We really liked the shower in our handicap room. Breakfast location was great. Selection of food was good. But the coffee, for some reason, was cold. I wasn't sure the hot beverage cups were ok to microwave the cold coffee.

I didn't stay for breakfast as I am never hungry for more than an hour after getting up. I was really tired when I came in and the room was very quiet and the bed comfortable so I slept very well. I also liked that the bathtub had a safety bar that helped me get in and out of the tub.

The receptionist was fine accept for her voice. She spoke softly and with my age and hearing I needed her to speak up. I had to keep asking her to repeat what she said but she kept the same low tone was which was difficult for me to hear. There was no hook in the bathroom to hang my shaving kit or towel. A hook was on the door but it was removed and not replaced.

Quiet and clean. Convenient to the activities we had planned for the weekend. Good hot breakfast.

Small bathroom. Attention to detail when doing maintenance needs to be improved. Shower/tub faucet moved in and out of the wall plus made an annoying squeal when using shower. Also toilet seat had been painted or touched up instead of being replaced. Just looked cheap.

Well lit, McDonald's across the street,, luggage carts available, lobby bright and comfortable, coffee and fresh lemon water in lobby. All in all, only problem was the bathroom door would scrape the floor. But, I enjoyed my stay.

I loved that biscuits and gravy were an option for breakfast. the sausage was exceptionally good versus other places I have stayed. In the beds were super comfortable!!!!

Very small breakfast area for the hotel. Need more tables. Kids ate breakfast on the couch in the lobby. Others ate outside on the chairs with no table.

The front desk staff were fantastic! They were very helpful and welcoming. The room was more than we ever expected, it was huge comfy and clean! The breakfast was a good variety and super easy check in and out! Definitely worth the stay.

location wise was great as we were traveling from the Carolinas, home to Ohio. They had a nice little complimentary breakfast with pancakes. Our room was quiet.

one of the reasons I booked this hotel was the picture of the indoor pool. but when we got there, the pool was out of order (but not due to COVID, due to it being broken or something). we were pretty bummed about that.

The breakfast was just ok. What you normally expect at a Comfort Inn during the pandemic. The restaurants on this exit were all fast food except for Denny's, which we tried for dinner and liked.

Overall, it was fine. The heat had been set to 77 in our room, so it was very hot. We had to turn on the air condition when it was 30 outside.
