The 1st room was kinda of like being pushed into a broom closet- asked to be moved and had no problems, the 2nd room had a nice sized couch So we did like the accommodation.

The 1st room was super small and had no balcony. I think it was too much bed for the size of the room maybe a queen would be just fine.

Location was excellent for bus stops, shopping, restaurants reasonably close to the beach. Our room had a deck with 2 chairs and a table which was lovely. Black out curtains, air conditioning, comfortable bed and pillows, reasonably sized frig., very good bathroom shower head with good water pressure and hot water as needed. Pool area very clean, hallways clear, vending machines and elevators that worked. The hotel is very well kept and hallways are quiet.

I would like the hotel to consider room cleaning every 2 to 3 days rather then the present 4 days schedule especially for a 2 week stay. Considering this a beach resort area the bathroom really does need to be cleaned every two days. The guest should also be given a cleaning schedule-at least the days if not the time (A.M or P.M.) as it would help plan their day. The lighting was extremely inadequate as only one desk lamp was available in our room. In the evening with the curtains closed it was extremely difficult to do any close work like reading or writing. Even one small lamp on the dresser would be most helpful. Bathroom lighting was adequate and two mirrors outside the bathroom was an excellent addition.

The location was great for visiting Waikiki. There was lots of food around, and the beach was very close by. I appreciated that it wasn't in the heart of Waikiki, because I think the surroundings were quieter than they would have been otherwise. While the rather dull hallways and slow elevator didn't impress me, once I got to my room, everything was clean and in excellent condition. I had a city view, and it was overall just very pleasant to look out the window. I had been planning to do laundry (I didn't actually get around to it) at the coin-operated laundry on the premises, and I like that that was an option.

I think on Booking.com I might have initially been shown the price without the resort fee ($27/night), so I would advise you to double check whether that is included in the listed price. It's probably okay if you actually take advantage of the amenities like the beach equipment and pool access, but I didn't, so it hurts a little bit. Parking on premises was $30/night, but there may be cheaper parking options nearby if you are on a budget.

they didn’t do morning cleans and we had to get our own towels + toiletries when they were required. the lifts were a little confusing. the blanket was very mediocre as well, it was a sheet with a blanket in between with another sheet on top that DIDNT enclose? so there were 3 pieces you had to keep together when sleeping at night. very uncomfortable

We liked the location, proximity to trolley stop, cleanliness, & staff.

There is no driveway or 15 minute parking for luggage drop off or check in. Parking on the street felt unsafe in that location & was not a legal parking area. Staff told me to park there anyway for luggage drop off & check in. Also, please add a hot tub & 15 min/ check in parking area.

I like the staff. They were always quick to respond and were friendly. They answered all my questions and concerns appropriately! Very professional!

They don't have a way to figure out which room the cigarette smoke is coming from. Once it gets into the vent, the whole floor and elevators are filled with smoke. That said, it happened on the last night of my week's stay. I have severe asthmatic reaction to cigarette smoke. W/o treatment, I could land in the ER. They moved me to a different floor, but all this could be prevented if they could install a sensor in each room? Don't know. I couldn't trust my new room to not be filled with smoke in the middle of the night, which can be life-threatening for me.

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and the hotel was very close to the lagoon.

Slightly noisy on the side facing the street and only one dryer was operating in the laundry room.

Great location. Easy to get there from airport (just take bus #20). Beaches, shops, Ala Moana shopping center and basically all we needed is within a walking distance. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend the hotel
